Analysis Of Health Literacy Status And Influencing Factors Of High School Students In Shangqiu City

Objective: High school students are a special group.They are at a special stage in both physical and life aspects.They are physiologically overextended from adolescents to adults.Their physiological development tends to be mature and closer to adults.In terms of life,they Faced with tremendous academic pressure,the college entrance examination under the Chinese system has made their competition more intense.Therefore,the physical health of high school students has been neglected.This study mainly analyzes and analyzes the health literacy monitoring data of high school students in Shangqiu City.What is the level of health literacy of high school students in fourth-tier cities,and what are the factors that affect the health literacy level of high school students? The weaknesses in the problem are found to improve the health literacy level of high school students and promote Adjusting the content of health literacy work provides data support and provides a scientific basis for formulating health literacy strategies and measures.Methods: The methods used in this study were: literature data method,questionnaire survey method,bibliometric method,chi-square test,multivariate correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis.Through a large amount of literature reading through China Knowledge Network,and using the CiteSpace-V to map the key words of China's health literacy for nearly ten years,to understand the research direction of health literacy in China in the past decade.In this study,the National Residents' Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire was used to investigate the high school students in Shangqiu City.Through randomized stratified cluster sampling,six high schools in Shangqiu City's general and key categories were randomly selected.A total of 750 questionnaires were distributed and 750 questionnaires were collected.The number of valid questionnaires was 687.The datawas processed and analyzed using SPSS19.0 software.Result:1.The results of this survey show that the health literacy level of high school students in Shangqiu City is 14.8%,which is higher than the national health literacy level of 14.18% in 2017 compared with the national health literacy test report data.2.The factors affecting the overall health literacy level of high school students in Shangqiu City are the grade level and mother's education level.3.The basic medical literacy level of high school students in Shangqiu City is low,and the possession rate is only 5.3%.
