Today,when we strongly advocate subjective education and quality education,we pay attention to the students' subjective status in class management.Under the guidance of subjectivity education theory and through investigation,this study concludes that there are some problems in self-management of senior class in primary school,such as insufficient students' active participation in class management,poor students' self-management ability,unsmooth teacher-student relationship,and class management arranged by the head teacher,etc.The main reasons for the problems are teachers' awareness of cultivating students' self-management of class.Lack of confidence in students' autonomous management of classes,neglect of the cultivation of student cadres,lack of incentive mechanism for students' autonomous management of classes,etc.The basic strategies for improving self-management of higher-grade classes in primary schools are put forward,namely,raising the awareness of class teachers on the significance of self-management of students' classes,formulating the norms of collective self-management of classes,and stimulating students' autonomous management of classes.The effective implementation of class self-management will be conducive to further promoting quality education and subjectivity education and promoting the independent development of students' personality.
