Organizational Path Of China's U17 Men's Basketball League Competition Optimization Research

The soul and guarantee for the success of a competition event is its organization.The U17 Men's Basketball League is an important part of China's U-series competitions of teenagers,and plays a significant role in the basketball competition system in China.Based on the origin of competition organizing,this paper analyzes the organizing ways of China's U17 Men's Basketball League comprehensively from various perspectives including competition organization,competition methods,competition arrangements and competition rules.It also discusses the U17 Men's Basketball League systematically in a scientific way.The author hopes to provide theoretical basis and practical ideas for the sustainable development of teenagers' basketball competition.Conclusions:(1)In the process of evolution of China's youth basketball competition,Can be divided into germination stage,formation stage and development stage,The essence of its evolution process is the continuous optimization process of the competition organization and competition system.Funding has become an important symptom.(2)The functions of the organization of the competition basically realize the "separation of management and management".It has changed the situation in which all the basketball functions of the government at all levels were directly managed and operated in the past.However,ugly phenomena such as fake names,fake ages,and fake introductions are common in competitions.The level of competition is not high enough to attract the attention of the public,the media and sponsors.(3)The competition methods innovation is the focus of the reform of China's U17Men's Basketball League.The current competition methods have been reformed and innovated on the basis of the old competition methods,which are in line with China's current teenager basketball competition system.However,the competition methods,the competition areas division,and the competition qualification need to be further improved.(4)The competition organizing arrangements are gradually optimized,and theschedule is increased from one parts to two parts.However,the number of participating teams is increasing,the competition period is short,the task is heavy,and the competition intensity is increased,which are not conducive to teenagers' physical and mental development.In addition,the actual number of events is quite different from the ideal number.(5)China's U17 Men's Basketball League has summed up its own competition rules based on the FIBA rules.It has revised the rules of time,rights and obligations,which more fits the characteristics of Chinese teenager basketball development,but the space rules need to be further improved to make it more beneficial to the growth and development of teenagers in China.
