The Research Of Creating Characteristic Brands For Physical Education-Take Longhua District,Shenzhen As An Example

Since the year of 2011,when Longhua New district,Shenzhen was set up,they have put forward the idea of creating their own characteristic brands for physical education.With the increase of population of Longhua District,plenty of middle and primary schools were established,which is a great challenge for educational business and the schools.At the same time,students' parents' demand is higher.So all kinds of schools need create their own characteristic brands to attract more students and get their parents' appreciation.This idea was put forward on the basis of the concept of “one school,one brand”.This is also a target for many middle and primary school.“Brand” can be explained as characteristic or feature.It is about schools' achievement and their educational feature.It is not only forming elementary feature of physical education,but also creating their characteristics.And now,it is urgent to figure out how to create the characteristic brands for physical education.This paper mainly adopts Literature Review Method,Interview Survey,Field Review Method,Logical analysis method,etc.Besides,this article takes characteristic brands for the object of the study,and the process of how to create it as the breakthrough point.The paper will analyze and summarize the current situation,specific measures,effect and problems of different primary school in Longhua District,which can be used for reference to other schools.The research results are as followed:All of the 20 primary schools in Longhua District have their own characteristic brand for physical education.The amount of PE teacher and their academic certificate are up to the standard.Their specific measures include: with the help of the bureau of education,they set up the system of reward and encouragement.At the same time,hire more professional trainer to motivate the students to join in the process.They also invite news press to raise their prestige.These measures do help them create their brands,strengthen students' physical quality,enhance teachers' teaching ability and raise schools' fame.But besides.there are also some problems.First,government's supervision is not enough.So the check of the government becomes a mere formality.Second,the effect of creating characteristic brands doesn't transform into a kind of spiritual culture and doesn't serve its moral education function.Because of these problems,the suggestions are as followed: government should formulate feasible evaluation system and strengthen its monitoring over this process.Besides,the schools ought to pay attention to transform the effect into spiritual culture of physical education.Its moral education function should not be ignored,either.
