Sexual Education Of College Students In The Internet Age From The Perspective Of Sexual Socialization

After the reform and opening up,China has ushered in a wave of ideological emancipation.People have broken the shackles of traditional ideas,social culture and concepts have undergone tremendous changes and new era characteristics.The words,sexual freedom" have appeared more and more in front of people.With the rapid development of the Internet in China at the end of the 20th century,the virtuality and anonymity of the Internet enable people to communicate and learn sexual knowledge on the Internet more unfettered.Compared with the reality,people still avoid and refuse to talk about sex,the Internet has gradually become the main place for people to learn sexual knowledge and conduct sexual socialization.Of course,in addition to the advantages of facilitating people to learn and exchange knowledge and accepting sex education,the Internet also has the disadvantages that the sexual information is mixed,and it is easy to mislead the audience.How to foster strengths and avoid weaknesses,eliminate the adverse effects of the Internet,better use of the Internet for sex education,and promote people's sexual socialization has also attracted more and more scholars'attention.This paper is based on the perspective of sexual socialization.Through two network space of the professional education website and the common network platform.Uses the content analysis method and the unstructured interview research method in qualitative research to study the sexual socialization and internet sex education of college students and draws the following findings:First of all,the sex education website is the primary position of Internet sex education.It provides all aspects of the professional sexual knowledge through its scientific and professional.The content of the sex education website is mostly scientific and professional original content and reprinted science content after rngorous screening.It avoids to reprint mixed sexual information because of not screened,leads to the wrong guidance for college students.And providing scientific sexual knowledge and sexuality concepts for college students.However,current sexual education websites also have problems such as boring content and lack of interactivity,which are not attractive to college students and are not conducive to the internalization of sexual knowledge.Secondly,the ordinary network platform makes up for the shortcomings of sex education websites,and increases the interest and interaction of Internet sex education.The two platforms complement each other and jointly complete Internet sex education and promote the sexual socialization of college students.In the ordinary network platform,College students have acquired more sexual knowledge,interacted more,and established their own socialization logic of sex.The sexual information in the ordinary network platform is rich in content and diverse in form,which has great appeal to college students.The interaction between netizens can also promote the recognition and internalization of sexual information,but the inconsistency of sexual information on the Internet makes sexual cognition bias and erroneous consciousness unable to be corrected in time as in real society.It is also necessary to have a professional sexual education website scientific teaching concept and sexual knowledge to improve their ability to distinguish between right and wrong sexual information in the ordinary network platform.Finally,college students form a network virtual group in the process of interaction in the common cyberspace.The virtual group has the mechanism of group comparison,as well as assimilation,alienation and cultural transmission within the group.This kind of interaction between people makes up for the lack of interactivity of sex education websites,and promotes the personal internalization of sexual culture.This paper attempts to start with the perspective of "sex",which is obvious difference between the network and reality,to explain how Internet technology affects people in society and thus affects the entire human society.
