Statistical Research On Unpaid Labor Time Level Of Chinese Residents

Unpaid labor time is the labor time that residents do not use their labor remuneration for non-working hours.It reflects the quality of life and social equity of residents to a certain extent.At present,the problem of imbalanced economic and social development in China still exists,and the social service system is still not perfect.It is irreplaceable for residents to participate in unpaid work.At the same time,some local residents have small farmers and feudal ideas,and they tend to do nothing with their families.Remuneration work,the phenomenon of unpaid work of our residents is more serious than some developed countries or regions.The report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategic goal of improving people’s good living standards.Strengthening the construction of social service system and reducing the level of unpaid work of residents are important ways to improve people’s good living standards and meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the unpaid labor time of Chinese residents.Based on the theory of statistics and the spirit of the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper uses descriptive statistics,structural equation modeling and spatial panel model to analyze the unpaid labor time of Chinese residents.Firstly,on the basis of defining the connotation of residents’ unpaid labor time and dividing their production scope,the main influencing factors are clarified.Secondly,the comprehensive measurement of the unpaid labor time of our residents is used to reveal the characteristics of time and space and the actual influence of related factors.Effect;Finally,relevant policy recommendations are proposed to alleviate the burden of residents’ living,improve China’s social equity,and improve the quality of life of residents.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the awareness of residents in China is higher,while the awareness of social public welfare and responsibility is weak,and the time spent on foreign help,community service and public welfare labor is less;second,the level of unpaid labor time In the higher provinces,the level of economic development in the region is often backward,and the social service system is not perfect.The participation of residents in unpaid work is irreplaceable to a certain extent.Third,residents in areas with low unpaid work hours are more inclined to establish.In the employment relationship,the housekeepingservice is required to help complete the domestic work and take care of the family.Fourth,the female residents of China have undertaken most of the unpaid work of the family,and the phenomenon of female residents will increase with age;Fifth,the unpaid labor time of Chinese residents has a spatial spillover effect;sixthly,measures should be taken to establish and improve regional social housekeeping service systems,narrow the income level difference between urban and rural areas,and strengthen the awareness of equality between men and women in the family,so as to reduce the unpaid labor time of residents and improve residents.A good standard of living.
