In the rapidly developing information age,with the popularity of online learning,a large number of learning platforms and a large number of learning resources are rapidly expanding,making students face “data explosion” and “data overload” when they are learning online without the learning resources that suit them.Therefore,this paper builds an adaptive learning platform and adopts personalized recommendation technology to alleviate the problems currently faced.The essence of personalized recommendation is to recommend resources for users according to their needs and interests.At present,personalized recommendation technology has been applied to various fields such as shopping,news,etc.,and has achieved good results.However,in the field of education,the specific application level still needs to be studied.Adaptive learning is a computer-based teaching method that equips teaching materials according to the unique teaching needs of each student.The development of computer artificial intelligence technology makes adaptive learning more intelligent.Since its inception in 1995,its research field has been associated with education.Its products are often called intelligent guidance system ITS or computer-aided education ICAI.It can select the most appropriate teaching content according to the different characteristics of students,and improve the teaching effect.Thus,it is worthwhile to try to apply personalized recommendation technology to the field of education.This study studies the application of personalized recommendation technology in the context of high school physics and builds an adaptive learning platform.As we all know,high school physics is a difficult subject in science.The traditional way of learning is to listen to the teacher's explanations in class,and repeatedly practice the problem resources and other related learning resources arranged by the teacher.Because students are in a distinct stage of personalization,the learning level and learning ability of different students are very different.In order to improve the mastery of knowledge,most students will learn independently through other teaching aids and learning resources on the Internet.However,in a large number of learning resources,students often need to spend a lot of time on finding suitable learning resourses for themselves that can't improve learning efficiency more efficiently.Aiming at the above problems,high school physics adaptive learning based on personalized learning resources recommendation is proposed.The purpose is to provide students with suitable learning resources according to their own learning level,so that the students' learning process is more personalized.The system can judge the students' inadequacies and level of certain knowledge points modules through corresponding tests,and match the students with the same knowledge and knowledge level.Combined with big data analysis,the students can be recommended learning resources more suitable for themselves.Firstly,construct a personalized learning resources recommendation model,and provide adaptive learning resources recommendation for students based on the individualized requirements of learners and combined with recommendation technology and data analysis.Secondly,the high school physics learning resources database is constructed,the subject knowledge points are analyzed in depth,and the physics subject knowledge system is classified,and a model about the difficulty degrees of knowledge points is constructed.Meanwhile,combined with personalized recommendation,the adaptive learning resources recommendation are provided to students.Finally,the platform is perfected,and the test module,learning module and evaluation module are designed in detail for the learner.The main function of the test module is to test the learning level of each chapter of the learner.The learning module provides students with a large number of rich learning resources.Combining with the learners' own conditions,the module can push personalized information to the students.The evaluation module can help students better understand the learning situation of each knowledge point and easily understand their own learning dynamics.In this study,the analysis of learning resources and test exercises can solve the problem of systematic diagnosis of students' learning level.The design of recommendation module provides learners with personalized learning resources recommendation.Based on the analysis of the knowledge structure of the overall high school physics,an adaptive learning system for high school physics is realized.
