Abstract/Summary:
Optimism is a kind of positive psychological quality,as an important part of the research field of positive psychology,especially in the field of positive psychology,more and more attention is being paid to it.This paper adopts two main orientations of optimistic personality theory and interpretive stylistic theory to investigate and study the optimistic psychological quality of primary school students in the senior grade of primary school in the light of two main orientations:optimistic personality theory and interpretive style theory at home and abroad.First of all,on the basis of discussing the optimistic domestic and foreign research situation,using the cluster sampling method,we selected four five-sixty-three grades of a primary school in Nanning,Guangxi.A total of 488 primary school students were surveyed to measure the psychological quality of optimism.The present situation of the development of optimistic psychological quality of senior primary school students in China and the relationship between optimistic personality,self-esteem and explanatory style were discussed in detail.Based on the above research results,under the guidance of the technology and theory of positive psychology and the way of class group psychological guidance,this paper makes an intervention study on the optimistic psychological quality of the senior grade students in primary school.This paper discusses the effect of class group psychological guidance on improving the optimistic level of primary school students,in order to cultivate the optimistic psychological quality of primary school students,to face the attitude of study and life positively,and to promote the overall and harmonious development of students’ body and mind.In this study,a variety of psychological research methods were used to evaluate the effect of the research through the combination of quantitative and qualitative research,and the results of data analysis with SPSS22.0 softwareshowed that:1.There was no significant difference in gender,only child,class cadre or not in the optimistic personality of the senior grade students in primary school.2.There was a significant difference in the positive personality of primary school students in grade variables,and the score of grade 5 was significantly higher than that of grade 6.3.The only-child students in the upper grade of primary school are significantly better than the non-only-child students in positive explanation and interpretation style.4.The level of self-esteem,positive explanation and explanation style of the students who are class cadres in the senior grade of primary school are significantly better than those of non-class cadres.5.There is a significant positive correlation between optimistic personality,optimistic interpretation style and self-esteem of primary school students.6.Class group counseling can significantly improve the optimistic psychological quality of primary school students.
