The promulgation of "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Full-time Compulsory Education" in 2011 has made the society pay unprecedented attention to the cultivation of students' mathematics comprehensive quality,and put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of mathematical thinking ability.Among them,the curriculum standard clearly points out that mathematics teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of students' analogical reasoning ability,and gradually infiltrate analogical thinking,so that analogy runs through the whole compulsory education stage,so the application of analogical reasoning thought in junior high school is of great research value.When people solve problems,they tend to summarize the past experience,compare the similar things,and transfer the former solutions to the new solutions,which is actually analogy.There are some connections between many knowledge in the current middle school mathematics textbooks.Many new knowledge can be obtained by analogical reasoning of existing knowledge.The timely use of analogical method in teaching can help students to analyze and solve problems.It is very helpful for students to master the reasoning method.Moreover,in recent years,the investigation of analogical method in the middle school entrance examination has gradually deepened and infiltrated into teaching.It is urgent to cultivate students' reasoning ability through analogy.This paper is based on constructivism theory and learning transfer theory,and summarizes the related literature of analogy at home and abroad.According to the research direction of this paper,it classifies the application of analogy in junior high school geometry: nature analogy,structure analogy,condition analogy,etc.By analyzing the survey results of the application of analogical reasoning in junior middle school students' geometry learning,we find that students have poorgrasp of the selection of analogical objects,steps and methods of analogy.When analyzing the use of Analogy Teaching Method in teachers' teaching,we find that most teachers will consciously infiltrate the analogy thought in the teaching process,but many teachers do not understand the analogy thought thoroughly enough and the infiltration effect is not good.Finally,this paper summarizes the training strategies of students' analogical ability from the aspects of students and teachers.Students: Students should pay attention to the grasp of the basic knowledge of analogical reasoning,cultivate their own sense of analogy,so as to form their own complete knowledge structure,but also from their own characteristics,develop the ability of analogy and self-learning.Teachers: Teachers should improve their level of analogy,timely analogy teaching,and gradually promote the development of students' analogy ability.At the same time,they should guide students to practice more,summarize more,and let students communicate more.
