With the announcement of the The Thirteenth Five-year Plan of Shanghai Physical Education reform and development delivered by the general office of Shanghai municipal government in the late 2016.The Shanghai physical education has started to seek the innovations and new changes.The PE courses start to change towards the three trends which are as follow: to emphasize the interests in physical education of primary school,to encourage the diversity in physical education of junior school and to lead the specialized development in physical education of senior school.With the continuous reform of the physical education courses,PE teachers in the primary and higher schools,the leading roles of the reform have received much more attention.Considering the working targets,working environments,key performance indicators and even the working pressure for the PE teachers in the primary and higher schools,it is a special job combined both physical and mental works.More and more teachers feel the pressure from their works which leads to the occupational burnout troubles their works.According to the research,the occupational burnout cans not only affect teachers' physical and mental health but also their working performance which directly lead the decrease of their satisfaction towards works and the increase of absence and resignation rate.Therefore,to know real situation in the primary and high schools and to seek the effective solutions to handle the occupational burnouts and to increase the satisfaction to work becomes a primary and must solved question.Domestic research towards the occupational burnouts of teachers starts from 1990 s.Although the initial research is few,with the time passes,more and more scholars show their interests in this area and have achieved several accomplished results.However,to conduct the research from the aspect of Psychology Contract is quite novel direction.Usually,both domestic and foreign research about the Psychology Contract chooses company staff as the research targets.Teachers are rarely chosen for the research target,not even mention to select the occupational burnouts of teachers as the target.Besides,under the current management systems,teachers are often be considered as the part receive the unequal treatment compared to the school organizations and are not included in the decision making progress.The working performance indicators of the teachers are not be judged effectively which will then lead to the happen of teachers' occupational burnout.Therefore,to conduct the research towards teachers' occupational burnout from the aspect of Psychology Contract,it will provide the advice in certain aspects to help the scientific management to the teacher crew.This thesis takes the physical education teachers among primary and high schools as research samples.By using documents review methods,expert interview,questionnaire,statistical methods and logical analysis methods,then with the help of SPSS and AMOS software to check and analyze the data for descriptive statistics analysis,factorial analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,mediating effect check and regression analysis,this thesis draw the conclusions as follow:1.The revised psychology contract questionnaire for physical education teachers in primary and high school has the positive reliability and validity and can be used for the tool to measure the psychology contract level for physical education teachers.2.According to the average values,the status of the psychology contract of female teachers is better than the male teachers,the outside satisfaction level of young teachers is higher than the senior ones,the psychology contract,working satisfaction and occupational burnout level for the teachers who are in the higher positions are in the better condition compared to those teachers in common salary and position.Both the responsibility for the teachers and schools in the primary and high school physical education teachers are in the relevant high levels.The fulfillment of the school and the working satisfaction of the teachers are in the intermediate levels and the teachers didn't show the strong occupational burnout.However,the result on whether take the job in school sports teams shows significant differences in the dimensions of economy with environment responsibility,extracurricular responsibility,social responsibility,attribution responsibility and job responsibility.3.The psychology contract,working satisfaction and occupational burnout for the primary and high school physical education teachers are pair wise correlation.The psychology contract and working satisfaction show negative correlation to occupational burnout.Psychology contract shows positive correlation to working satisfaction.The school responsibility shows positive correlation to the teacher responsibility in the psychology contract.The occupational burnout plays the role of moderating effect as a partial mediator.This thesis is divided into six parts.For the first part,it mainly introduces the background,purpose,innovation parts,structure and the research method.Then the next part is about the document review,it clarifies the concept of the psychology contract,working satisfaction and occupational burnout and the relevant relations among them.The third part comes to the building the model and raise the assumptions.The forth part is the introduction of the research targets and research methods.Then comes the empirical research,in this part,this thesis will analyze the collected statistics.The final part is the conclusion and recommendation;it is based on the results of the fifth part.Based on the former academic researches and documents and combined the current policy situation,this thesis raises two innovation points.Firstly,this research revises the tool for measuring the psychology contract according to physical education teachers in primary and high schools this special work group been researched in this thesis.Secondly,this research seeks to discover the relation between the psychology contract of physical education teachers in primary and high school and their working satisfaction and occupational burnout,which is the first attempt in relevant researches and can offer the help to promote the career development of the physical education teachers in primary and high schools,increase the stability of the teacher crew,standardized the outputting of schools physical education courses and deepen the reform of physical education teachers in Shanghai.
