| With the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure and the rapid development of new technologies,the talent training model of secondary vocational schools is increasingly incompatible with the needs of enterprises.Faced with this situation,Germany’s "dual system" model provides a reference for China’s vocational education reform,but due to the differences between Chinese and Western systems and culture,it is not suitable for copying the German "dual system" vocational education model.To make Germany’s "dual system" more suitable for China’s secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to carry out the localization of vocational education in light of its national conditions.The Taicang secondary school is the result of localization.Under the guidance of the concept of dual system localization,Taicang secondary school based on local practice to carry out reform and exploration,formed the "Taicang model" of "government-led,main entity,contract execution,cost sharing".Based on the dimensions of the curriculum,this paper uses localization theory,systematic theory and efficiency theory as the theoretical basis.This paper through the literature analysis method Interview method,and case study method to deeply analyzes the concept,mode,operation and optimization of the "Taicang model" course.The essence of the "Taicang model" of vocational education.This has important enlightenment and reference significance for the curriculum reform of vocational colleges in economically developed areas similar to Taicang.Based on this,the article mainly discusses from the following aspects:Chapter one,introduction.This chapter includes the reasons of topic selection,research significance,research status at home and abroad,concept definition,theoretical basis,research methods and innovation.Chapter two,the basic concept of the "Taicang model" course of vocational education.This chapter reforms the curriculum of Taicang secondary school according to the localization concept,systemic concept and efficiency concept,and constructs a curriculum system oriented by Taicang secondary school.Chapter three,the basic model of the vocational education "Taicang model" course.This chapter analyzes the curriculum model of vocational education "Taicang Model" from the module courses and project courses of Taicang Secondary School,and provides ideas for the innovative vocational education curriculum model.Chapter four,the operation of the "Taicang model" course of vocational education.This chapter elaborates the operation of the "Taicang model" course of vocational education from the four aspects of "government-led,main entity,contract and abide by multiple evaluations",aiming at providing reference for the curriculum reform of vocational colleges.Chapter five,optimization of the vocational education "Taicang model" course.This chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of the “Taicang model” in the four aspects of curriculum objectives,course content,curriculum structure and curriculum evaluation,and promotes the “Taicang model” curriculum to deepen in order to achieve more long-term development.Chapter six,the opening of the "Taicang model" course of vocational education.the above interpretation and analysis of the "Taicang model" course,this chapter puts forward the development and reform of vocational education to local transformation,local originality and return to the essence,and give a certain enlightenment to China’s vocational education.In the conclusion part,the paper summarizes the contents of the previous article and puts forward four aspects that need to pay attention to construct the vocational education "Taicang model" : First,the curriculum research is the key to open the "Taicang model" of vocational education;Second,reveal of localization is the key to interpreting the "Taicang model" of vocational education.Third,leading model innovation is the purpose of the vocational education "Taicang model".Fourth,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises is the essence of the "Taicang model" of vocational education. |
