Development And Utilization Of Primary School Art School Curriculum

Art education in primary schools is an important means and method to cultivate innovative talents and the talents of all-round development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness and beauty.Art education in primary schools is also an indispensable part of quality education in China.In 2011,the "Art Course Standards for Compulsory Education" was promulgated,which made primary school art go to a new height.The northeast of China is rich in natural resources and vast in territory.It produces a unique ice and snow culture.The ice and snow culture in the northeast China is not only the artistic treasure of Northeast China,but also a rich and colorful stroke in our national culture.The development of school-based art curriculum in primary schools in this area is based on the excellent ice and snow culture in Northeast China,which has important social value and teaching value.Based on the artistic characteristics of ice and snow culture in Northeast China,this paper develops school-based art curriculum in line with Xinguang Primary School,summarizes and explores the development and utilization of curriculum resources in line with the art education of Xinguang Primary School in Bayan County.By clarifying the relationship between the school-based art curriculum development in primary schools and the understanding of ice and snow culture,we can can deepen the relationship between them and broaden and enrich the content of art education and teaching in primary schools.On the basis of "Art Course Standards for Compulsory Education(2011)",this paper tries to understand the relevant requirements which art education makes on the development of school-based art curriculum at the present stage.This paper also puts forward relative concrete measures in terms of the existing problems in primary art education,the development and utilization of local resources,the concept of the school-based art curriculum,and the way to develop schoolbased art curriculum in Xinguang Primary School.It explains that developing schoolbased art curriculum in elementary school plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of pupils,the comprehensive ability of art teachers,and the teaching system of art education in elementary schools and also an important role in promoting the inheritance of the school-based art curriculum,thus contributing to the concrete and perfect teaching of elementary school art education in Northeast China,and showing the rich culture and ethnic characteristics of Northeast China.
