Along with the rapid development of educational Informationization,information technology plays an important role in education,it can also improving the quality of education and promoting the professional development of teachers.It has contributed to balancing educational development,helping the poor through education,and promoting education equity.Based on this background,the information literacy of teachers has become a hot spot of attention.School-based teacher training has opened up a new path for the improvement of teachers' information literacy.Therefore,this study systematically and comprehensively grasps the status quo of school-based training of junior middle school teachers' information literacy in the state-level poverty-stricken counties of H Province and the reasons for the existing problems.And try to propose optimization measures,in order to use the school-based training to promote teachers' information literacy,and solve the problem of disconnection between theory and practice in teacher training.Firstly,sorting out the literature about school-based training of teacher' information literacy at domestic and foreign,to understand the current situation,problems,influencing factors and countermeasures of school-based training of junior middle school teachers' information literacy.Based on this,combined with the actual development of junior high school education in National poverty county,and then explain the necessity of studying school-based training of junior middle school teachers' information literacy in National poverty county.Secondly,choosed teachers from six junior high schools in three national poverty county of H Province as the research object.This paper explores the current situation of school-based training of junior middle school teachers' information literacy through questionnaire from four dimensions: manage men organization,training system and resources,teachers themselves and the content and form of training.It is found that there are differences in the four dimensions of school-based training among teachers of different teaching ages,grades,titles and positions.And there is a significant correlation between the four dimensions of school-based training and the overall level of school-based training.The improvement of each dimension of school-based training can improve teachers' information literacy.Thirdly,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews,there are still some problems: such as lack of organizational management,incomplete system construction,inadequate resources construction,inadequate subjectivity of teacher training and inadequate content and form of training.Based on the above questions,analysis of the causes of problems in-depth.The causes of the problems are discussed from the aspects of organization and management,training system and resources,teachers themselves and the content and form of training.Finally,according to the problems and the causes of the existing problems of school-based training of teachers' information literacy.Based on constructivist learning theory,teacher professional development theory,information technology and curriculum integration theory,put forward the improvement strategy such as: improve the management organization,improving the management system and resources,stimulating the subjectivity of teachers' participation,enriching the content and form of school-based training and so on.
