Since the beginning of the new century,with the improvement of national and social requirements for the quality of talent training,people pay more and more attention to quality education and all-round development of people.This appeal directly leads to the continuous reform and innovation of China's basic education.Music education,as an important part of quality education,has attracted great attention from the state and education departments for its aesthetic and emotional education.It has promoted the development of music education by issuing various government documents and instructional guidance documents one after another.Music education in China has entered an era of rapid development.However,due to China's vast territory,large economic conditions and cultural differences,people's understanding of education in different stages,leading to significant differences in music education development.This article select Shenqiu X high school in Henan province as the research object,in 2017,the ministry of education promulgated "ordinary high school music curriculum standard" as the background,from the aspects of music teaching,since the 2017 version of the curriculum standard implementation,Shenqiu X high school music education problems existing in the process of development,the resistance and challenge,and improve the strategy and Suggestions are put forward.By X middle school music curriculum present situation investigation,discovered Shenqiu X high school music education exists: managers for music teaching seriously insufficient,inadequate rate of weak teachers and classes,complete teaching facilities,subject teaching management is imperfect,dominant exam-oriented education concept,music teacher's professional accomplishment and teaching ability is not high,the concept of student music literacy foundation weak,the study is not correct.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes specific countermeasures to improve music teaching in X high school from the perspectives of government,school,teachers and students with the reference concept of "new curriculum standard" discipline core accomplishment cultivation.The government should increase the investment in education,optimize the investment structure,and strengthen the education to the weak links.Schools should set up correct educational concept,attach importance to music education,improve educational equipment,etc.Teachers should actively participate in music continuing education training,improve their professional ability and teaching ability,and timely update teaching methods;Students should pay attention to the basic music quality of learning,establish a correct concept of learning and so on.
