As a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,honesty is both the foundation of human nature and a nation.Nowadays,the basic content of honesty has extended from the moral category to the field of politics,economy,culture,international communication and others.However,with the development of social economy,the problem of honesty becomes particularly prominent.As the backbone of social development,college students' have wrong understanding of the concept of honesty in the respects of economy,life,communication and learning.Therefore,college students' biased concept of honesty has become an important and urgent issue needed to be resolved in the ideological and political education in colleges since the nineteenth National Congress of CPC.Based on the biased situation of college students' concept of honesty in China for now,this paper summarizes the connotation of college students' concept of honesty by using the method of literature research.Meanwhile,this paper analyses the current situation of college students' concept of honesty in academy,economy and communication,as well as the reasons for the biases of honesty concept with both the method of empirical research and quantitative analysis.What's more,based on the actual situation of our country,the corresponding practical countermeasures are put forward in this thesis.This thesis is divided into five parts:For the first part,based on the current situation and national policy on college students' concept of honesty,the research background of this thesis is proposed.Meanwhile,the research purpose and significance of this thesis are elaborated by looking up and studying a great number of documents and summarizing the research status at home and abroad.For the second part,the relevant theories of honesty and the concept of honesty are summarized by literature research method.Furthermore,based on the actual situation of college students in China,the definition and importance of college students' honesty concept are summarized and analyzed comprehensively,which constitutes the theoretical basis of this paper and is the theoretical accumulation for the following empirical research and quantitative analysis.For the third part,the empirical research method is employed to analyze and summarizethe current situation of college students' concept of theory,including the method of questionnaire and case interview.On the whole,college students' concept of honesty can meet the requirements of the core values of Chinese socialism.However,some college students' concept of honesty is biased in academic studies,life economy and communication,thus causing some negative effects.For the fourth part,the reasons why the college students' concept of honesty is biased are analyzed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the hierarchical structure among the factors influencing college students' honesty concept is elaborated by quantitative research method,by analyzing from the aspects of society,university,family and individual,and combining the perspective of benefit distribution,moral concept and management education,as well as establishing a mathematical model by means of analytical structural model method.With this hierarchical structure,three levels of factors are are obtained,including core level,basic level and indirect level.For the fifth part,based on the current situation and reasons of the biases of the college students' honesty concept,effective measures are put forward to solve the problem.The basic role of society,the leading role of colleges,the guiding role of family and the self-discipline of individuals should performance together to construct the operating mechanism in the cultivation of college students' right concept of honesty,so as to make them feasible in practical aspect.
