| Parallel bars are one of the six types of men’s action types and actions.Modern parallel bars are mainly composed of swing and flight movements selected from a number of different structural groups,and are constantly converted through various booms,supports and overhangs to reflect the full potential of the project.For a set of high-standard sets of movements,the difficulty value,the complete set of arrangement and the quality of the finished products are strictly required.Generally speaking,the high-difficult action is the most basic technology and perfect value that reflects the high precision of the whole set of movements.From the current development of the parallel bars technology of the male gymnasts in our province,the method of completing the difficult movements is difficult in the near future.And to complete the high-quality,high-standard action,there is still a large extension of the development space,through scientific and reasonable training,three-dimensional motion analysis and analysis,improve the quality of the completion of the action,thereby improving the score of the set of actions.This study uses literature,expert interviews,on-site shooting,film analysis,mathematical statistics,comparison and other methods,according to the changes in the men’s gymnastics scoring rules of 2017-2020 period,to explore the two-circle round-turn of male gymnasts in our province.The bar movement provides more reference for the coaches and athletes,and thus more closely provides the methods and development trends of the extended training.Through the kinematics study of the two-circle dismount movement of the excellent athletes in our province,the two-circle dismount movements of the athletes in our province are used to find out the technical characteristics and kinematics of the athletes in the province after completing the two-circle lowering of the flexion.The causal relationship and technical details between them were analyzed in three stages of flexion after two circles and landingbuffer.The research results show that the angle when supporting the inverted position,the speed at which the front yaw is pushed away from the bar,the degree of pushing the detachment bar,the timing and direction of the push-off,the height of the vacant,the timely or not the leg,the two-circle flip speed of the flexion,the joint angle of the floor cushion and the cushioning action are the key indicators for the two-circle lower bar movement after completing the flexion. |
