As an important reserve talent base of our national trampoline team,the trampoline team of Shanxi Province has sent a number of excellent trampoline athletes to the national trampoline team in recent years.Being the research objects,the excellent athletes allow researchers to understand the rules of high-level athletes' movement techniques.And it's necessary to carry out sports scientific research to maintain and improve the athletic ability of high-level athletes.Therefore,this paper analyzes the main core muscle force characteristics during trampoline exercise by virtue of NoraxonTM TeleMYO 2400 R.In this paper,the author uses force muscles to explore the characteristics of surface electromyography changes in trampoline exercise,providing data support and reference for the improvement of technical movement level of trampoline athletes of Shanxi Province,and offering suggestions for the improvement of training methods in the later stage.Research result:1.The athletes' active activity of the waist and abdomen muscles is active during the single-week back-flip.The electrical activity of the gluteus medius,multi-cleft muscle and rectus abdominis is significantly higher than other muscles,which is the key to ensure the successful completion of the vacant movement.The players should pay special attention to these two muscles during training.2.The rectus femoris muscle is important for maintaining stability of the movement,and the static training should be strengthened.The players should pay particular attention to protecting and relaxing muscle groups with long duration of activity,such as gluteus medius,external oblique muscle,and rectus abdominis to avoid being strained.3.For the biceps femoris and external oblique muscles,adequate warm-up activities should be carried out before training to avoid being strained when stretched.4.The leg muscles will reach the maximum value of the force in a short period of time,which requires the muscles to have enough strength,otherwise the muscles will be injured due to insufficient muscle strength.Although the force time of the abdominal muscles is long,the strength is not enough.For individual athletes,the contribution rate of muscles is different,which results from the different muscle strength of athletes.As different training methods emphasizes different training muscles,different training methods should be carried out in accordance with the technical characteristics of different athletes and the strength of muscles in normal training.
