During the Beijing Olympic Games in2008, Dong Dong, a trampoline athlete in Shanxi Province, won the bronze medal, which presented a huge chance to Shanxi, she have to grasp the development of the trampoline reserve personnel under the premise of maintaining the overall strength of Shanxi Province trampoline to improve; therefore, to train these athletes scientifically is required. The most important thing in the training is physical ability's training, while physical training is the basic form and method to train young reserve talents becoming good athletes. In the early time, a talent athlete should not only have the good potential, but also should pay attention to training the physical ability. Competitive sports talent to teenager's basic physical training is like the tree to the root, only it has solid and reliable root, tree can flourish. But if the basic physical ability training of teenager is ignored, competitive sports will become a forest without any tree, it will be very difficult to develop.This article makes an investigation, search and analysis for the current situation of teenager trampoline athlete's training on physical appearance and physical ability in Shanxi province, with the method of literature consultation, expert interview, questionnaire, test, observation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, and some conclusions are drawn.1.Teenager trampoline athlete's physical appearance in Shanxi province present in following aspects. Young male trampoline athletes'average height is164cm, average weight is54.5kg and average chest circumference is83cm. Quenelle index is332.31and Virgin Wake index is83.84%, and their upper and lower limb length has a good proportion, and their hip width and head are moderate. Young female trampoline athletes'average height is153.44cm, average weight is41.5kg and average chest circumference is76.78cm. Quenelle index is270.46and Virgin Wake index is77.08%, and their upper and lower limb length has a good proportion, and their hip width and head are moderate. With the index shown above, teenagers in Shanxi Province have good physical appearance that suit to practice trampoline.2.Teenager trampoline athlete's physical ability in Shanxi province present in following aspects. Male trampoline athletes have a relatively good aspect in speed and special ability, but flexibility should be improved. Femal trampoline athletes in our province have a relatively good aspect in speed and strength, but flexibility and special ability should be improved.3.Compare the test results in three years, we can know that male teenager trampoline athletes'speed and special ability have improved significantly in the past three years and female teenager trampoline athletes' speed, endurance and strength have improved quickly. But we also can know from the test result that male trampoline athletes'flexibility, endurance and strength haven't been significantly improved recently; while female trampoline athletes'flexibility and special ability haven't been improved neither.4.As for male400meters,100meters running and50times vertical jump and the standing long jump,30seconds V-ups, continuous retroflexion for10times, and sit-and-reach, national master-class athletes are better than national level athletes and national rank2athletes. As for30seconds retroflexion, national master-class athletes, national level athletes and national rank2athletes have the relative same level. As for female400meters,100meters running and the standing long jump and50times vertical jump, continuous retroflexion for10times and sit-and-reach, national master-class athletes are better than national level athletes and national rank2athletes. While as for30seconds V-ups and30seconds rise legs, national master-class athletes and national level athletes and national rank2athletes have the relative same level.5.Trampoline athletes'physical appearance traning is focus on the physical appearance training and aerobics and dance to the music, such as sit-ups and lay and rise legs, push-up and V-ups, two legs split and shoulder rotation. Coaches use various methos to train the athletes, which is moderate and also meet the training requirements.6.The training in strength is focuse on machine-assist traning, endurance is focuse on long distance running, speed is focuse on variation action, and flexibility is focuse on static stretching and shoulder pressing and leg pressing, responsiveness is focuse on simple games. As for physical ability, coaches use different methods to mobilize athlete's initiative. Trampoline coaches in Shanxi Province have rich theoretical knowledge and experiment.7.In the week-schedule, coaches put the flexibility training at the end of the training, the time is very short and most of time is used to stretch and shoulder pressing, leg pressing, which is boring so that athletes don't pay attention to the training any longer when the end is coming.According to the above results, this article puts forward some suggestions.l.As teenager trampoline athletes'physical appearance is good, physical ability should be improved, especially male trampoline athletes' flexibility, endurance, strength and femal trampoline athletes'flexibility and special ability.2.During the daily speed, endurance, abdominal strength, legs'strength and hips' strength and flexibility, national rank2athletes and national level athletes should improve their ability to keep up with national master-class athletes. Coaches can learn the training conents and methods from national master-class athletes. As for national master-class athletes.3.As for the flexibility training, coashes can let athletes do some simple games like making them sit on the floor to reach some little things, or some other competitive methods to instead of previous boring static stretching, shoulder pressing and leg pressing.4.Coaches can train the flexibility ability among the strength, speed and other physical ability training, which can make athletes pay attention to the training.5.Coaches can add more training contents and more time on daily training.
