High-quality online courses are the key to guaranteeing the effectiveness of online teaching.To improve the quality of online courses,the quality of online courses should be evaluated firstly,and the key factors that restrict the quality of online courses ought to be scientifically identified.On the basis of literature review,this research comprehensively uses software such as SPSS,Super Decision based on ANP,and conducts an empirical study on the quality evaluation of college online courses.1.Analysis of influencing factors.Through literature analysis methods,this research reviews literature on online courses,course evaluation,and online course quality evaluation.It also studies the online course quality evaluation factors and extracts factors that have an impact on online course quality.2.Building an online curriculum quality evaluation index system.Through other scholars' literature analysis of online course quality evaluation studies,24 online program quality influencing factors were summed up.Through questionnaire survey,18 important influencing factors were screened out.SPSS software was used for factor analysis and 4 common factors were extracted.Course quality evaluation index system was built by four secondary indicators including course presets,course interactions,course support,and course analysis.There are 18 third-level indicators,including environment setting,goal setting,interest stimulation,student interaction,and media presentations,etc.Based on the established online curriculum quality evaluation index system,research hypotheses are proposed.3.Hypothesis testing.With ANP method and Super Decision software,the weight coefficient of online course quality evaluation index system was calculated.The questionnaires on the quality evaluation of online courses for universities were compiled and the relevant empirical data were collected.The reliability and validity tests showed that the questionnaires were scientifically sound.According to the score results and the weight coefficient of each indicator in the online course quality evaluation index system,the key factors affecting the quality of the online course are obtained.Based on the survey data,descriptive statistics,variance analysis,and Pearson correlation coefficient method were used to verify the hypothesis and valuable empirical results were obtained.4.Based on empirical results,this research proposes corresponding countermeasures.According to the results of empirical research,five countermeasures are proposed: increasing the investment in online learning environment;to implement personalized interest stimulating strategies;adopting diverse media presentation technologies;expanding open teacher-student interaction platform;providing helpful results rating explanation.
