The Research On Practive Path Of Our Country Recessive Policical Education

Since the 18th CPC national congress,General secretary Xi Jinping has attached the work of ideological and political education greatly.Ideological and political work in colleges and universities nationwide conference stressed:the ideological and political work through the education teaching process,realize the whole education and comprehensive education,efforts to create a new situation in our country higher education enterprise development.The methods of how to do a good job in ideological and political education work,Xi Jinping points out:"Through education guidance,public opinion propaganda,cultural edification,practice cultivation and institutional guarantee,the socialist core values will be internalized as people's spiritual pursuit and externalized into people's conscious actions." It provide that methodology guidance for ideological political education of university in China.In recent years,the rise of recessive education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities provides a new thinking,new ideas and new ways,also will become a new trend in the development of ideological and political education.It is not to be taught directly to the educated,but to set up a certain set of circumstances,to create a certain atmosphere that allows an educated man to be able to live in a certain way,to be able to satisfy his interests,hobbies,and empathy,to purify and enlighten his mind.This education method has the characteristics of acquiring cognition unconsciously,subjectivity of education subject and diversity of infiltration mode.It has successfully avoided the condescending discipline,and it's not easy to get the educators to be defensive and defensive,so it's very effective.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the significance of the topic and the main achievements of the research on the hidden ideological politics education.In the second chapter,based on marxist practical cognition theory,tacit knowledge theory,communication audience theory,etc.,the paper makes a preliminary exploration on the concept,characteristics and implementation principles of the implicit ideological and political education in universities.The third chapter analyzes the problems and attribution of the implicit ideological and political education.lt is pointed out that the system of the implicit ideological and political education in universities needs to be perfected in various aspects such as method innovation,resource development and mechanism guarantee.The reasons are mainly reflected in the lack of bias in the main cognition of education and education practice,the complex and changeable environment of education,and the absence of education operation mechanism.Combined with the existing problems and attribution analysis,the fourth chapter summarizes the effective ways of implementing the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities:First,from the pedagogical dimension,must raise cognition.Strengthen the exploration of theoretical research and practice.In the process of implementation,we pay attention to the combination of"explicit" and "implicit",increase the students' subjective consciousness and improve the self-cultivation of teachers.Second,from the dimension of recessive resources,effective education resources must be developed and integrated.Third,from the education method dimension,the combination of inheritance and innovation must be adopted.Fourthly,from the dimension of safeguard mechanism,scientific and rational system must be established.On the one hand,we should increase capital investment and system construction,on the other hand,improve the evaluation mechanism and feedback mechanism.
