Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, the vigorous rise of network society and the rapid development of knowledge economy. All kinds of knowledge and abilities formed through education bring much greater economic and social value to individuals and society than ever before.Education over-investment in the cognitive ability based on "knowledge accumulation" and neglects the cultivation of non-cognitive ability such as social-academic adaptability and leadership efficacy will make students face various problems after participating in work.Based on this, this paper will explore the influence of freshmen student cadres' experience on their non-cognitive ability.By analyzing the data of 16635 questionnaires of Hunan University students,Development(2016),We can makes descriptive statistical analysis, correlation test and multiple regression analysis to explore the influence of student cadre experience and different levels of student cadre experience on the non-cognitive ability of freshmen. On the basis of the theory of new human capital, governance, social and academic integration, and self-determination and combined with the interview data,we analyzed the empirical results. At last,The conclusions are as follows:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between the non-cognitive ability of the freshmen who have experienced more than no student cadres, but there are differences between different levels of student cadres, and the original hypothesis was fully validated.(2)There is a significant negative correlation between the experience of student cadres at the school level and the leadership efficacy and learning strategies of freshmen, but there is a significant positive correlation between the experience of student cadres at the class level and the sense of self-efficacy of the students. There was no significant difference in curiosity.(3)In the dimension of students' learning motivation, the students' cadres at the class level are stronger than the students' cadres at the school level.(4)there is a significant positive correlation between the experience of student cadres at university level and class level and the expectation of undergraduate education for freshmen. However,in terms of the probability of choosing a job after graduation and finding a job matching with the major after graduation, the student cadre experience at the school level is negatively correlated, and the student cadre experience at the class level is positively correlated. There is no difference in the expected monthly income after graduation.Based on theoretical and empirical analysis,in order to make up for the deficiency of non-cognitive ability of freshmen. We put forward the following suggestions:Firstly, according to the different needs of Freshman's development, universities should rearrange educational contents, integrate existing higher education resources, and maximize the utilization of higher education resources.Secondly,Innovating the management system and giving full play to the role of the existing Student Organization.Thirdly,Colleges and universities should optimize the educational environment, and motivate freshmen to seek knowledge,at the same time improve their learning strategies, and emphasize autonomy, cooperation then innovative learning methods.Fourthly, promote multiple evaluation and establish a comprehensive evaluation system to promote the diversified development of university freshmen.
