Cardiopulmonary endurance,as the core element of the various components of adolescents’ physical health, has received much attention in school sports. From the data of physical fitness monitoring of Chinese students, the decline in cardiorespiratory quality of Chinese adolescent students has the potential to continue to decline. Therefore, this study uses literature, interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to design an intervention program to promote the development of cardiopulmonary endurance in adolescents, and to conduct a teaching experiment to explore the intervention program to the cardiorespiratory level of adolescent junior high school students.Whether the improvement is effective or not,the ultimate goal is to improve the cardiorespiratory level of young students and improve their physical health. The conclusions are as follows:1.The intervention of cardio-pulmonary endurance for junior high school students is based on physical training and self-efficacy.The design of intervention program is based on the concept of physical health promotion. The program content includes: program design concept, training objectives, intervention content, training load and evaluation measures.Parts.In the process of intervention,we will grasp the sensitive period of cardiopulmonary endurance development, pay attention to the establishment of action patterns, and improve the physical health of junior high school students.2.The physical training content of junior high school students is mainly based on improving aerobic endurance and supplemented by anaerobic endurance. In the early stage, attention was paid to the practice of action patterns and the practice of core stability to improve the level of functional endurance. In the medium term, the medium-strength interval training and distance-distance running are mainly used to improve the aerobic endurance level of adolescents, pay attention to the use of rope ladders and markers, and improve the interest of students in training.Later,high-intensity interval training and variable speed running will be carried out to improve the anaerobic endurance level of adolescents.3.The self-efficacy of junior high school students is based on Bandura’s self-efficacy theory. The design is based on the information sources of success and failure experience, alternative experience, verbal persuasion, and emotional state, including the establishment of goals before class and successful implementation in class.Education, creating a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere, formulating multi-dimensional assessment modes after class, organizing competitions, and setting rewards.4.The physical training load of adolescent junior high school students is based on their physiological characteristics, focusing on the regulation of load and monitoring of load intensity. The load is medium and above, the load strength is low or medium intensity and the heart rate and RPE scale are used.5.The data before and after the teaching experiment showed that in the 12-week intervention experiment on adolescent junior high school students, whether it is a simple physical intervention program or a comprehensive intervention program combining physical fitness and psychology, the effect of improving the ventilatory function and endurance level of adolescent junior high school students is obvious. And comprehensive interventions improve the level of adolescent endurance better than physical intervention. It is proved that the intervention content designed by the Institute can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary endurance level of junior high school students, and can effectively improve the physical health of junior high school students.
