The emotional education is an important part for both school education and Chinese language education.Teachers and students not only getting touched by the emotions expressed by the author of the text,but also try express their own emotions in writing process and strive to be touching.The emotional education runs through the whole process of Chinese language education,especially in reading and writing lessons.However,people currently pay more attention on carrying out the emotional education in reading classes,but not in writing ones,which would not provide any enhancement for students' writing levels.Based on the situation and combined with the teaching of narration in junior middle school,this thesis discusses the application of the emotional education in writing courses and aims to the promotion of a deep integration between them.Five parts are divided aside from the Introduction and the Conclusion:The first part briefly describes the meaning and effects of the emotional education,which builds a path to following discussions.Combined with the basic requirements of narration lessons,the second part analyzes the existing problems and causes in students' compositions from two aspects:teachers and students.In the process of teaching,teachers often follow closely only to“important matters” while “trivia” was neglected.Lack of guidance for students' narration writing methods leads students to the imitation of model essays and lose the soul and spirit in their own paragraphs.The third part elaborates the necessity and significance of the emotional education in the teaching of narration in junior middle school.By combining the psychological characteristics of junior middle school students,the goal of new age education,and the teaching objectives of narration lessons determined by the Curriculum Standards,the importance of the emotional education is summarized,which provides theoretical supports for the guidance of narration writing which would be introduced in the coming paragraphs.The fourth part puts forward some specific strategies on the application of the emotional education in narration lessons.It is believed that teachers could stimulate students' writing by selecting appropriate topics,creating a lyrical atmosphere,oremotionally treating and criticizing students' compositions.Students,in the meantime,could accumulate the corresponding emotional experience by reading some model essays with greater emotions,and noting down some sympathetic stories while observing them.All these discussions will be put into practice in the fifth part.A full set of instructional design will integrate the emotional education as a teaching method for narration writing classes.Various resources suitable for junior middle school students' narration lessons would be searched and applied to practical teaching.
