The state pays more and more attention to the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities through policy guidance.The construction of campus culture in colleges and universities is of great significance to the development of individual,school and society.Students are the most direct training object of school education,the main body of campus culture construction,and play an important role in campus culture construction.However,in the course of the construction of campus culture,the main position of the students is often ignored,the actual needs of the students are not satisfied well,the students do not agree with the campus culture,and the students' sense of belonging to the school is not strong.The education effect of campus culture is not ideal.Through combing the existing research,it is found that we can reflect on the way of campus culture construction from the perspective of students.It is especially necessary and timely to investigate.The construction of campus culture in colleges and universities is dominated by school managers and the main body is students.The construction of campus culture from the perspective of managers does not meet the needs of students well.This study tries to reflect on the principles and approaches to the construction of campus culture from the perspective of students,and hopes to put forward some meaningful and valuable suggestions for the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities.The innovation of this paper is to reflect on the construction path of campus culture from the perspective of students,and to study the new angle of view.It is beneficial not only to enrich the school management theory and campus culture construction theory,but also to provide some references for the practice of campus culture construction in colleges and universities.Through the research on the literature of campus culture construction in colleges and universities,this paper finds out the research problem-the construction path of campus culture in colleges and universities.Through the related theories of campus culture construction in colleges and universities,this paper theoretically answers the necessity of reflecting on campus culture construction path from the perspective of students,that is,"why".Through the case study to understand the students to the campus culture construction of the four levels of cognition,participation,identity,as well as students' understanding of campus culture,students' actual needs to meet the situation;Based on the survey of students,the results of interviews and the observation of campus culture,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities.Environment.Based on the analysis of the difficulties faced by the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities,this paper reconsiders the construction path of campus culture from the perspective of students,and finally,on the basis of reflection,draws lessons from the experience of the construction of campus culture of excellent universities both at home and abroad.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the construction path of campus culture in colleges and universities,and answers the core question of the construction path of campus culture in colleges and universities,that is,"how to do".This article includes six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.On the basis of the existing literature,the present situation of domestic and foreign research is analyzed and summarized,and the background,content,purpose,meaning and core concept of the research are put forward.The second chapter is the basic theory of the construction of the campus culture in the university.On the basis of the theory,it is necessary to study the construction route of the campus culture under the view of the students.The third chapter is the actual investigation.Based on the study of the literature,the questionnaire,the interview and the observation,the paper is based on the study of the literature,the questionnaire,the interview and the observation,to understand the four aspects of the construction of the campus culture in the university.The level of cognition,participation,identity,and provide a realistic basis for the analysis of the difficulties faced by the the students' understanding,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the construction path of campus culture in colleges and universities.First,opening the students' cognitive channels to improve their understanding.Second,opening up the channels of students' interaction to increase the students' positive experiences.Third,meeting the practical needs of the students in order to strengthen the students' sense of identity.Fourth,protecting the students' main position in order to enhance the students' sense of belonging to the school.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.This paper mainly describes the research conclusions and summarizes the shortcomings of this study and the direction of follow-up research.
