A Study On The Path Of International Vision Of Students In Local Normal University

With the rapid spread of economic globalization in the world,China’s higher education has gradually moved towards the road of internationalization.The close ties between countries make their distances smaller and smaller,and there is cooperation as well as competition.The competition between countries is down to for talents.The development of society more and more requires high-quality talents of internationalization.The main task of higher education is to cultivate high-quality talents,but high-quality talents with international vision cannot only rely on the cultivation of higher education,but also lay a solid foundation in the stage of the basic education.Therefore,this puts higher demands on the teacher education for cultivating basic education teachers.In order to have an open international perspective for the country’s future talents,it is necessary to expand the international vision of the future teachers.Therefore,It is of great significance for normal universities exploring the problem of expanding the international horizon of normal university students to improve the quality of normal university students and continuously exporting teachers resources with international horizon.Based on this background,the thesis is based on the research on the international vision of college students at home and abroad,and constructs an international vision assessment system for normal students including three dimensions of knowledge,ability and diathesis.The three dimensions are divided into fifteen indicators in six aspects,and then the questionnaire scale is designed accordingly.Taking the normal students of L Normal University as a research case,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation and influencing factors of L Normal University normal students’ international vision by using questionnaires and interviews.The questionnaire data were collated and analyzed by SPSS21.0.The survey results show that the international vision of normal students has a certain foundation,but there are also certain problems,such as lack of knowledge accumulation and ability development,moderate diathesis development.For such a reality,the thesis explores the reasons for the lack of international vision of normal students from the four aspects of management system,curriculum,teachers and practical activities,and then puts four aspects suggestions for improving the international vision of normal students in normal university.It provides reference for normal university to expand the international vision of normal students.
