Research On Risk Management Of Network Public Opinion Monitoring Project Of Real Estate Enterprise

With the rapid development of internet technology,internet's applied scene is going to be abundant.Netizens have turned the network into an important platform for social relationship maintenance and effective information sharing.The internet has gradually formed a new space for condensing ideas and promoting consensus.As an important pillar industries in China's economic development,all actions of the real estate industry are the focus of public opinion.Once its speech and behavior are magnified,it will easily lead to public opinion risk.If we fail to monitor and respond to online public opinion,it will easily lead to social disharmony.Therefore,it is important and urgent to study the risk management of real estate enterprise network public opinion monitoring work.Risk management is an important part of project management,combining the theory of risk management with the work of network public opinion monitoring is conducive to systematic and targeted research on public opinion monitoring of real estate firm.Based on the author's experience in dealing with network public opinion monitoring work and the characteristics of real estate enterprises,this paper puts forward a theoretical system suitable for risk management of real estate enterprise network public opinion monitoring project through research and practice,and makes an empirical analysis.I hope that these can be of reference and practical value for the network public opinion monitoring of real estate enterprises.
