Social Work Intervention Research On Family Education Of Left-behind Children

The education of left-behind children is becoming an urgent problem in China's current social development.As a professional social service activity,social work has more and more obvious advantages in the supply of left-behind children services.Y institutions while luzhou L county in sichuan province "happy to stay,big love liuzhou" education poverty alleviation project as the research object,and the social support theory and maslow's hierarchy of needs,under the guidance of the analysis of LiuShouEr family education present situation,found that family education has failed to fully meet the demand of children's emotion,good psychological and healthy personality development needs,personality and general education development needs and safety requirements.After the intervention of social workers of institution Y,relevant social work service plans were formulated to meet the unfinished needs of family education for left-behind children,and the implementation of social work service projects was used to make up for the lack of family education for left-behind children.After the implementation of the project,it is found that the social work service project can not only effectively supplement the educational links missing in the family level of left-behind children,but also promote the development of social work service institutions to a certain extent and improve the social space for the growth of social organizations.At the same time,also some deficiencies in the operation of the project in the education of left-behind children needs are not completely satisfied,content of the project design,professional,innovative,targeted to improve the project implementation process also exists certain conceptions,the article finally proposed left-behind children education from the overall poverty alleviation of social work professional thinking.
