| This study combines the training of athletes with the concept of human resources,taking female softball players as the research object,based on the theory and research of the predecessors,using semi-open questionnaires,job analysis,BEI interviews and other research methods to construct the competency model of female softball players,and compiles the Self-Assessment Questionnaire of Competency Characteristics of Female Softball Players according to the model.In this study,firstly,through job analysis,to understand the daily training situation and performance of Women Softball Players in various competitions.Secondly,a questionnaire survey of women’s softball players,a total of 90 questionnaires were distributed,and 78 valid questionnaires were collected.The selected 20 women’s softball players were interviewed by BEI,and the interview results were combined with the valid questionnaires collected to construct the competency model of female softball players.Finally,based on the results of the first two steps,the "Female Softball Player Competency Self-Assessment Questionnaire(Predictive Version)" was compiled,and the questionnaire was distributed and the 75 valid prediction questionnaires were analyzed for project analysis and exploratory factor analysis to determine the official version of the questionnaire.The test of 120 female softball players was carried out again.The confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on 105 valid data collected.The reliability and stability of the female softball player competency model were verified by testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The statistics and analysis of the overall level and difference of the competency characteristics of female softball players are made,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The competency model of female softball players is multi-dimensional,including six dimensions: professional skills,self-regulation,motivation for sport achievement,self-control,team cooperation and physical conditions.(2)The results of factor analysis,reliability and validity test show that the self-evaluation questionnaire of the competency of female softball athletes based on valid data has clear concept and reasonable structure,and has high reliability and stability.(3)There are significant differences in the demographic factors of women’s softball players in terms of age and position,but there is no significant difference in whether or not there is a family athlete gene. |
