Background: Education and teaching reform has entered a new stage of development with the new era,and has become an important historical mission of global basic education.Track and field teaching belongs to the professional direction of physical education.Now it has developed into a more mature specialty.How to construct the evaluation of teaching effect,evaluate teaching quality and maintain a good development trend of track and field course is the first problem to be solved at this stage.Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,basic education in China has maintained a rapid development trend and promoted the national construction to a certain extent.Set up development.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and interviews track and field teachers and experts of 35 colleges and universities in Changchun through interviews and questionnaires.This paper investigates and analyses the scientificalness,validity and feasibility of the evaluation methods of track and field teaching effect.The results show that:1.Changchun ordinary colleges and universities have not made a clear evaluation of the teaching effect of track and field,and have not established an evaluation system specifically for the teaching effect of track and field.Most schools evaluate the teaching effect on the basis of the evaluation at the school level as a reference,but only on the quality of teaching evaluation,and have not formed a complete system.2.Regarding the evaluation of the teaching effect of track and field course,no matter the existing research or the actual situation of each school,it is still in an imperfect stage.In view of the existing problems in the evaluation of the teaching effect of track and field courses in Colleges and universities in Changchun,it is urgent to establish a distinctive evaluation system of the teaching effect of track and field courses in order to better guide and standardize the evaluation process of the teaching effect of track and field courses,and to realize the scientific and systematic evaluation.3.According to the present situation of the evaluation of the teaching effect of track and field courses,the literature consulted and the results of expert interviews,thequestionnaire of the evaluation elements of the teaching effect of track and field courses sent to 20 experts is analyzed.Five first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators are obtained according to the opinions of the experts.The indicators are further classified,and five indicators are constructed,namely,teaching management,teacher's ability,teaching attitude,student's main body and site environment.Structural hierarchy diagram of subsystems.4.When evaluating the teaching effect of track and field course in Changchun colleges and universities,the evaluation should run through the whole teaching process.In view of the importance of index elements,the evaluation of teaching effect should be primary and secondary.5.Establishing the evaluation system of teaching effect of track and field course should be based on the characteristics of track and field course teaching and the factors influencing the teaching quality of track and field course,and construct a unique evaluation system of teaching effect suitable for track and field course.
