In recent years,internet development has entered a new stage,especially with the maturing mobile internet technology and the rule of law in china advancing,the public's legal awareness is growing.Due to the features of internet such as free,transparent,wide coverage,high participation,etc,more and more voices are expressed through internet to give opinions and review economic and political affairs.Internet public opinion arises at the historic moment and spreads into every corner of the society.As one form of such opinion,tax-related internet public opinion not only involves the vital interests of social strata,also impacts daily tax collection and administration and will even hurt the good image of tax authority once negative opinion appears.Therefore,the importance of tax-related internet public opinion management grows,bringing a new challenge to our tax department.With the quick development of economy and culture,c city's tax related internet public opinion has become increasingly complex,but c city tax system still holds old management concept and technical method within this field.On district(county)level,the development is relatively slow and it's difficult to cover every corner and carry out strict management.Therefore,how to strengthen management to cope with the adverse situation is one of the important topics which c city tax authority must work out.Based on the interviews with management departments and concerning subjects,by studying the experiences and lessons from relating cases,this paper is applied with management,sociology,communication and other theories to analyze the current situation of c city tax related internet public opinion management,to figure out the main problems within it and the causes leading to it,to analyse the new challenge to its management,and to finally put forward suggestions which aims at solving these problems.The suggestions features on enhancing the management of tax-related internet public opinion,including information disclosure and civilized law enforcement,strengthening the construction of the "micro age"publicity and law enforcement,setting up the grading warning and upper and lower linkage system,making good use of media resources,etc.Therefore this paper tries to provide a strong theoretical support for c city tax system to guide tax related network public opinion smoothly and dissolve the negative public crisis,ensuring the tax collection and administration system reform and the tax authorities image.
