| Free contraceptives are an important public service,which is closely related to the reproductive health and family harmony of the general public,and related to the coordinated development of a country's economy,environment and resources.Free contraceptives are a public service for family planning.Under the new social environment and new tasks,the work will also meet more severe challenges.The Luxi County which was studied in this article belongs to the Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province,and is located at the interchange of Honghe,Wenshan,Kunming and Qujing.There are Yi,Hui,Zhuang,Miao,Dai,Han and other nationalities living in Luxi County.By the end of 2017,the county has a total population of 430,834.There are 82,150 married women who already have children,and 65,836 people who have been using the contraceptives.After years of development,Luxi County has completed the construction of standardized management of free contraceptives in the county,and the rate of access and satisfaction of people of childbearing age to contraceptives have been improved to a certain extent.Especially,since the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,the mode of economic development has accelerated,and the contradictions and problems brought about by the traditional way of working have emerged.There are still many problems and difficulties in the works of public service for Free contraceptives in Luxi County to face the new situation,new requirements and new tasks.This study is based on the status quo of institutional mergers and resource integration,combined with the actual situation in Luxi County,and through analyzing the experience and problems of public service for Free contraceptives in Luxi County.All these strive to provide some optimization suggestions for the public service for contraceptives,and also hope that this study can provide reference for the public service work of Free contraceptives in Luxi County. |
