Wind orchestra is a music ensemble,which is composed of western wind instruments: woodwind,brass,and percussion instruments;German began in the 15 th century,is a regular part of military life,and later spread to France,Britain and the New World,and continues to develop.Western wind music is loved by people mainly because of the continuous improvement of the instrument itself,that is,the woodwind instrument on the mechanical principle of continuous improvement and the use of brass instruments on the piston.Since the late 80 s of last century,the art of pipe music has been developing rapidly in China.School is the cradle of cultivating high-quality talents.With the vigorous development of wind music in China,school has become an important place for wind music training.The establishment of a school band is of great significance.It can not only cultivate students’ sense of community,but also cultivate their spirit of enduring hardship,enhance their sense of rhythm and rhythm,and endow children with unlimited wisdom and strength.The author takes Yibin No.4 Middle School Teachers and Students Band as the research object,and makes a detailed investigation and Research on the construction and development of Yibin No.4 Middle School Teachers and Students Band by means of literature,investigation,case study and interview,and statistics the advantages and disadvantages of the Band in the construction and development.Secondly,the author puts forward a series of improvement suggestions and measures based on the effective construction and effective development of school orchestra,such as: 1.to increase the attention and support of school leaders to the art of orchestra;2.to carefully screen each Orchestra member;3.to effectively use and maintain wind instruments;4.to scientifically plan the teaching process of wind music 5.Promote the sense of organizational discipline of the band members;6.Strengthen the propaganda of the school brand;7.Establish the scientific and systematic training methods of the band.Hope that through the study of this article,can provide certain reference and reference value for the construction and development of brothers’ school orchestra in Sichuan and other surrounding areas.
