With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the development mode of human society has undergone great changes,the development of all walks of life and the progress of social science and technology are closely linked,track and field sports from training to competition to conform to the trend of the times is striding forward.Track and field as the basic item of Chinese sports,is known as the “mother of sports”,to walk,run,jump and throw and other sports form is given priority to,the new era of track and field in the training theory and competition practice also conform to the tide of the development of the times,and the relationship between modern science and basic theoretical knowledge is more and more close.Functional training is just such a new training method,which is applied to practice.This study applies the concept and method of functional training to women's triple jump training,mainly to develop athletes' balance ability.By studying the technical characteristics of women's triple jump and following the basic rules of sports training,71 training methods were selected from the training of posture,trunk pillar strength,rapid expansion and contraction combined training,strength and explosive force training,soft tissue regeneration training,focusing on the development of women's triple jump athlete's waist and abdomen muscle group,thigh muscle group,pelvic muscle group and the athlete's power chain,recovery and regeneration.In this paper,three female triple jumpers above grade two in Hebei physical education brigade are taken as experimental objects,and the theories and methods of functional training are applied to the training of triple jumpers for 20 weeks by using the methods of literature review,experiment,camera analysis,measurement,instrument test and mathematical statistics.The changes of data indexes before and after the experiment were compared from six aspects:static balance index,dynamic balance index,FMS test,special achievement,special quality and isokinetic muscle strength test.The findings are as follows:(1)After the experiment,there are positive changes in the envelope area,total track length and track length per unit time of the three static balance indexes for evaluating thebody balance ability of female triple jumpers,such as standing posture with one foot closed,standing posture with one foot jumping and standing posture with one leg jumping.The track length per unit time changed the most before and after the experiment,and the total track length and envelope area showed significant differences after the experiment,which was closely related to the static balance exercise of fixed movement posture in functional training.In functional training,a lot of actions are done in a static state of the body squat or single leg support,so static balance exercise is the main reason for the significant differences between the three static indicators of envelope area,total track length,track length per unit time after the experiment.(2)Before and after the experiment,the dynamic balance index of female triple jumpers' body balance ability was compared by the results of eight-point star line offset balance test.The results showed that the stability of Liu Xin,Yang Chen and Qiu longzhen's left and right core was balanced,and there was significant difference in the length of the whole leg between the three groups(p < 0.05).It was found that the overall trend of three individuals in the eight directions was PMED>POST>MED>AMED>PLAT>ANT>ALAT>LAT,and the two sides' total leg length in the eight directions was the largest in PMED direction,followed by POST direction,MED third,LAT direction was the smallest,ALAT penultimate.(3)After the functional training,the performance of 60-meter timed run and standing triple jump was improved obviously compared with that before the experiment.There was significant difference between Liu Xin,Yang Chen and Qiu longzhen before and after the100-meter timed run and standing triple jump(p < 0.05).Compared with the experimental results,it can be seen that the special quality of the three athletes improved significantly.the movement posture training,trunk pillar strength training,rapid expansion and contraction combined training,strength and explosive force training,soft tissue regeneration training and so on strengthened the strength of the athletes around the waist and pelvis,hip muscle group strength has been improved,the athlete's body feeling has been strengthened,at the same time,the imbalance training in functional training can also well stimulate the strength of the athletes' left and right side muscle groups and upper and lower limbs.The ability of 60-meter chronograph running to move quickly has a great relationship with the flexibility and stabilityof the hip joint of athletes.Functional training combines the technical characteristics of triple jump,so that athletes in the process of functional training muscle strength characteristics and standing triple jump technology has something in common.(4)after the experiment,the results of the three level long jump of three people of Liu Xin,Yang Chen and Qiulongzhen were tested.The results of the test were all improved,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).It was inseparable from the training methods that combined the function training and special technology in this experiment,and also indicated that the athletes were in the whole after the functional training.The physical quality and technology have been improved,so the final result will be improved.(5)After twenty weeks of functional training,the index of FMS functional test has a great change compared with that before the experiment.After the experiment,the stability of the torso,the flexibility of the joint and the core strength of the three athletes have been further improved,thus enhancing the balance ability of the athletes.(6)After twenty weeks of functional training,the ratio of the peak torque of the flexor and extensor muscles of the hip joints and the ratio of the flexion and extensor peak torque of the three athletes showed significant difference.The function training over twenty weeks had a great effect on the coordination of the muscle strength of the hip flexion and extensor group,and further improved the balance ability of the athletes.(7)After twenty weeks of functional training,the indicators of three athletes showed significant differences,indicating that functional training has a significant impact on the improvement of athletes' balance ability and the improvement of athletic performance.The results of the experiment were obtained because these twenty weeks of functional training had always followed the emphasis on training movements rather than isolated training muscles,emphasizing the integration of action exercises,including multiple joints,multidimensions,balance ability,proprioception and instability,emphasizing the power chain,the transmission of power and the weakness of the exercise.Chain effect.After twenty weeks of functional training,the balance ability of the three athletes has been improved,and the special results have been improved.
