This research is based on methods of video observation, analyzing video material, and mathematical statistics. The research object is triple jumper Cao Shuo, who was the champion of triple jump in the 12 th National Games 2013.The experimental subject is Cao Shuo’s in-theatre training. The research object Cao Shuo’s own conditions and his occupied event schedule made the two shooting process full of difficulties. The two videos used in this paper were shot when Cao Shuo got best results while doing simulated training in the gymnasiums of National Sports Training Center. With Kinematics parameters from certain professionals as control parameters, I applied biomechanics theory and mathematical analysis to analyzed technical Kinematics parameters, and made comparative analysis on the triple jump data which was selected according to Cao Shuo’s balance plate combined specialized functional training. This research finds out that Cao Shuo’s utilization rate of horizontal velocity during the in-theatre training before the balance plate combined specialized functional training is not good enough, none of his jump angles is the best kinematical angle and his buffer time and stretching time are longer than other world’s best triple jumpers’. Analyzing the differences of take-off speed, take-off angle and the one-leg support time when approaching and buffering before and after the balance plate combined specialized functional training as well as the differences between Cao Shuo and other international elite athletes appeared during the training will enable him to know his strength and weaknesses in the following specific training, and to infer that the balance plate combined specialized functional training influences his stride jumping skills, and it is proved to be beneficial to improve and enhance his stride jumping skillsResearch Conclusions: Chinese triple jumper Cao Shuo’s horizontal velocity loss rate is on the high side; his take-off jump skill parameters are distinctly different from other best triple jumpers; his overall one-leg support time when taking off is longer than the other international elite athletes’. The balance plate combined specialized functional training changes the kinematics parameter of his stride jumping skills towards the world’s best triple jumpers’ criteria. This paper shows that the balance plate combined specialized functional training is beneficial to improve Cao Shuo’ s stride jumping skills and will play a major part in his winning higher scores. |
