At this stage,with the continuous progress and development of society,people's living standard has been improved correspondingly.Under the influence of the times,people's demand for quality has also increased.Under the correct leadership of the government,our country has begun to intensify the reform of education,and has shown great changes.Basic education is developing towards all-round quality education.With the promotion of quality education,the individualized development of the students can be effectively promoted and the overall development of the students can be escorted.In the overall development of education,sports,as an important part of it,plays a decisive role,and it is also a prerequisite for quality education.In recent years,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is a great hot teaching mode in the reform of teaching.This way of teaching in many schools in the major course of practice,but not in the middle school physical education curriculum has been carried out.In 2016,two selection items were added in Beijing's middle school test sports,that is,football and volleyball,which provided more opportunities for students to choose.In the current sports teaching,teachers are facing more and more problems,how to effectively implement for all students,how to make all the students achieve all-round development,how to teach the students of different levels,how to work out the best way of teaching,the emergence of the above problems for teachers is certainly not a huge challenge.In order to solve the above problems and find the best solution,this paper mainly takes the physical education teaching in the Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Education College as an experimental goal and analyzes the conclusions obtained after adopting the hierarchical teaching method.When adopting hierarchical teaching method in physical education,students can choose their own interests according to their own interests.Meanwhile,teachers can also respect each student's difference characteristics and adopt different teaching methods for different levels of students.The author mainly studies the following several methods,namely,experimental method,questionnaire method and literature method,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed,the actual situation mainly analyzes the school stratification teaching as well as the concrete scheme,and launched an in-depth study,through this expectation can provide reference for other researchers.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Through the stratified teaching experiments,the students' stratification in the process of students' stratification can not be completely abandoned,and there is a label effect.The standard of stratification needs to be refined to make it more scientific.The level of students' stratified mobility is controlled,and the criteria for evaluation are slightly unitary.After carrying out experiments,I find that after taking hierarchical teaching,students' interest in learning and learning motivation have been significantly improved,and it has also stimulated students' enthusiasm and interest in physical exercise,which has certain practical significance for the development of students' quality.(2)in the stratified teaching form,in accordance with the students' understanding of the technology and the dynamic management,make the students accept ability and teaching content are basically the same,so it is convenient for students to understand the content more effectively,and improve the quality of teaching,at the same time it will also greatly enhance the student body quality,promote.Through the stratified teaching,it can promote the students to establish the health consciousness of "lifelong sports".(3)Layered teaching can create an atmosphere of independent learning for students.Students can develop freely according to their wishes,and the classroom atmosphere is also lively.Students are actively involved in it.At the same time,it can also make students develop their good exercise habits and correct their learning attitude.(4)hierarchical teaching can fully show the characteristics of quality education,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the teaching effect is better,can the students targeted teaching,in accordance with the current situation of the development of education,has a certain practical significance.
