| With the popularization of higher education,the number of full-time teachers in colleges and universities is increasing dramatically.In the practice of education,teachers in colleges and universities value academic qualifications and scientific research results,but there is no higher requirement for teachers ’ teaching ability.The three functions of higher education are teaching,scientific research and social service.The teaching ability is the most basic task.In order to improve teaching quality,it is necessary to have a deep understanding and research on classroom teaching.While scientific understanding of classroom teaching objectives and design of reasonable and feasible classroom teaching goals are the basic skills of teachers.That is no different than a huge challenge for new teachers who have never been trained.In this study,the teachers who participated in the pre-service training of new teachers in colleges in Shanghai were investigated,and the teaching objectives of 200 new teachers’ classroom teaching plans were selected.With the help of Nvivo software,the text analysis of the teaching objectives of municipal colleges and universities is carried out.It is found that the new teachers in colleges and universities have four problems in describing classroom teaching objectives: narrative subject,narrative words,narrative amplitude and narrative structure.Based on the case analysis of 19 excellent teaching plans selected by teaching experts in the training course of new teachers in universities in Shanghai,it is found that there is an understanding degree of the new teachers’ understanding of classroom teaching objectives in colleges and universities.Uneven,incomplete grasp of the target structure,and not satisfied with the achievement of classroom teaching objectives in colleges and universities.In view of the deviation and problems existing in the new teachers’ understanding of the classroom teaching objectives,this paper points out that the new teachers should start from the main structure and the basic characteristics to help the new teachers to understand the classroom teaching objectives scientifically,and take root theoretical foundation to help the new teachers to accurately confirm the classroom teaching objectives.According to the principle of detecting classroom teaching objectives,the new teachers are assisted to detect the classroom teaching objectives reasonably and to help the new teachers to improve the four aspects of the teaching objectives effectively,according to the problems existing in the implementation of the classroom teaching goals,teaching objectives can be better effectively. |
