Study On The Construction Status Of School Football Characteristic Schools In Primary Schools In Shanxi Province

The construction of characteristic schools of campus football is an important starting point of campus football activities in China,and the construction of characteristic schools of primary school stage is the key and foundation of it,which is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of campus football activities.In the history of new China's football development,shanxi football has long been in the middle and lower reaches of the level.The wide development of campus football activities in primary school stage provides a talent base for the cultivation of reserve football talents in Shanxi Province and plays a crucial role in the lifting of shanxi football.By the end of 2018,Shanxi Province has built a total of 782 characteristic schools of campus football,including 416 primary schools,accounting for 53.2%.Thus it can be seen that the construction level of characteristic schools of campus football in primary school stage is of vital importance to the overall development of campus football activities in Shanxi Province.Accurate grasp of its construction status will play a positive role of reference and reference for the healthy and sustainable development of campus football in Shanxi Province.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,field survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate the construction status of characteristic schools of campus football in shanxi and other primary schools.The research results show that:(1)by the end of 2018,Shanxi Province has built a total of 782 characteristic schools of campus football,including 416 primary schools,slightly higher than the national average;(2)the majority of students in characteristic schools are mainly involved in class league matches and football extracurricular activities,and they have good participationmotivation and love football lessons.A small number of students can be admitted to the school team for professional football training;(3)The organizational leadership level of shanxi primary school football characteristic schools is low.The teacher force is seriously insufficient,the level is not high;Lack of special funds,site equipment;Insufficient football courses,football extracurricular activities and intramural football leagues;(4)The education and age structure of football teachers in primary schools of Shanxi Province are reasonable and the professional level is not high;(5)Most principals,head teachers and parents have a high level of cognition of campus football;The cognition level of non-physical education teachers is not high;According to the research results,combined with the actual work of characteristic schools of campus football,aiming at the problems in the construction process of characteristic schools of primary schools in Shanxi Province,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)improve students' chances to participate in football activities,training and competitions.(2)Strengthen the primary school stage football characteristic school organization management ability and teacher strength;Improve the level of equipment and facilities in football teaching areas and school funds;(3)Improve the professional level of football teachers.Regular guidance and training for football teachers and coaches;(4)Strengthen the cognition level of the participants in football characteristic schools.Students' parents and non-pe teachers attach too much importance to students' cultural performance,and football is not the main reason affecting students' performance,so football activities should be treated rationally.
