In the context of educational informatization,traditional forms of education have been difficult to adapt to the needs of modern education.Micro-courses have gradually entered the public’s field of vision and played an important role in teaching.With the continuous application of micro-courses in teaching,some problems have exposed : the micro-courses currently used are mostly single linear playback modes,lacking interactivity;lack of relevant script design in design and production,and the quality of micro-courses is uneven.Therefore,this study based on CourseMaker,which explores the design and production of senior high school biology interactive micro-courses.The study consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.The author discussed the research background,summarized and analyzed the domestic and foreign research status of micro-course and CourseMaker,and introduced the purpose,significance,content and method of the research.The second chapter is the definition of concept and the theoretical basis.The author defined the two core concepts of micro-course and CourseMaker.And the author systematically discussed the theories of Cognitive Load Theory and the tower of experience,mastery learning theory and its enlightenment to micro-course’s design and production.The third chapter introduces CourseMaker software and knowledge circle APP.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of reading a lot of literature and referring to the experience of predecessors,the author summarized the principles and processes of designing and making micro-courses based on CourseMaker.Combining the characteristics of high school biology with the characteristics of CourseMaker software,the author selected the chapter "Basic Structure of Cells" to explore the design of high school biology micro-course based on CourseMaker software.The author summarized the process and matters needing attention in designing the micro-course of biology in senior high school by using the software.Taking "The Function of Nucleus" as an example,the process of making the micro-course was introduced in detail,which provided a reference for the front-line teachers.The fifth chapter is the application and the evaluation of micro-course.The author applied the micro-courses produced by CourseMaker to the actual teaching.And after the practice,the students were tested in units,the students in the experimental class were surveyed,and the teachers were interviewed.The author analyzed the test results and investigation results,and came to a conclusion.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.The author summarized the research results,pointed out the deficiencies in the research process,and looked forward to the follow-up research.The study has shown that the vast majority of teachers and students have a positive attitude towards the micro-courses produced by CourseMaker.And the micro-courses have a positive effect on improving students’ interest in learning,attracting students’ attention,and helping students to check for missing vacancies.However,due to the short practice time,less content and other factors,the micro-course has not shown obvious advantages in improving the student achievement.
