With the development of the "Internet +" era,the application of multimedia technology in the classroom has led to continuous innovation and reform of teaching forms,and the application of modern educational technology in teaching has undergone great changes.As a new teaching mode,micro class plays an irreplaceable role in modern education technology classroom because it can improve students’ learning enthusiasm,classroom teaching efficiency and other advantages.In this study,the design of microlecture in high school biology was studied by using HTML5.0 software.By searching literature through CNKI,EBSCO and other databases,the development status of microlecture at home and abroad was studied,and the background and production mode of microlecture were mastered.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,micro-learning theory and other theories,literature research method,investigation method and experimental research method are used to conduct the research.Combined with the ADDIE micro-course design model that is currently advocated,the author takes cell differentiation as an example to compile a set of micro-course courses designed by using dazzle course for reference by front-line teachers.The author will use the cool software design of the cell differentiation micro lesson video application in classroom teaching,through interview with teachers,for students to investigate and test,get the conclusion: the application of micro lesson video cell differentiation,to a certain extent,promote the students’ learning,help to improve the students’ interest in learning,meet the needs of the students’ learning,can achieve a desired effect in the application of micro class.However,due to the small amount of practical content and short time,this study found that the role of microlectures has certain advantages over the paper version of preview materials,but it is not particularly obvious.The application of micro-lesson in high school biology can enrich the learning resources of micro-lesson in high school biology and promote the professional development of teachers.Through this study,the author hopes to design more and better micro courses by using the flash course software in combination with the questions,opinions and Suggestions raised by teachers and students in interviews and questionnaires,expand the production channels of micro courses,enrich the design forms of micro courses,and promote the application of micro courses in biology teaching in high schools.
