The basic concept of the Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards2011 edition states that for all students,focus on personality development.As the leader in the class,teachers should grasp the characteristics of children's psychological development and fully tap the potential of each student.In fact,teachers cannot focus on each student due to the large-class system.Teachers can easily form discrimination consciousness and stratification treatment based on the feedback of individual.This is why for all students cannot be truly realized in teaching process.The Rosental Effect can pass positive expectations and then changes the learning attitude of students.Based on the examination of a large number of documents and the characteristics of primary school students,combined with the principles of music education,the author used the experimental research as way to study and analyze the current situation of students' music learning.The purpose is to focus on the student,find the problem that affects their learning attitude,propose practical methods to solve the problem,and cultivate students' interest in music learning.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the Rosenthal effect;the second chapter systematically provides theoretical basis for the application of Rosenthal effect in primary music education;the third chapter includes expounds the research process and contents the result;the fourth chapter is making practical suggestions for using the Rosenthal effect in primary music education.
