| Olympic Games Tae kwon do men’s and women’s competitions are divided into 8levels: men’s 58 kg,68kg,80 kg,+ 80kg;women’s 49 kg,57kg,67 kg,+ 67kg;The actual competition time of each game,the effective competition time,the use of technology and tactics have unique characteristics.By referring to the literature related to Taekwondo in China Known Network,we find that there are a lot of related researches on the use of technology and tactics,but there are some deficiencies in the competition process and the application of effective techniques and tactics.Therefore,this study aims at the video analysis of the 2016 Taekwondo Elite Tournament in Rio Olympic Games,and analyzes the basic features of the actual competition process,the basic features of effective competition process,the effective offensive and defensive tactical performance(score and non-score)Analysis,with a view to discovering the law,to provide some theoretical guidance for future competitions.Therefore,this article aims at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio 2016.The documentary method,expert interviews,video analytic method and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the video of 16 games in Taekwondo men’s and women’s semifinals and semi-finals in 2016 Rio Olympic Games Mainly for the semi-finals to participate in the championship to participate in the study).Analysis of the main contents are: 1,the actual process of the basic characteristics of the game;2,the basic characteristics of the process of effective competition;3,effective offensive and defensive tactical performance characteristics Concluded as follow:(1)The characteristics of Taekwondo’s game,due to the intervention of suspension,is actually a feature of high intensity,short interval and multiple rounds.(2)It can be seen from the timeout period of the competition that the reasonable use of the intermittent time has a certain influence on the performance of the competition.(3)Men effectively hit more than women,but women’s effective scores were higher than men’s,and the percentage of women’s effective scores was higher than men’s.Effective hits and effective scores are not only different between men and women,but also between the eight levels of men and women.(4)The total number of effective man-handedness is less than that of women.The total number of men’s total number of matches is higher than that of women;the percentage of men’s effective hand-to-hands is generally not high.(5)The use of technology to effectively hit the top three men’s row is side kick,cross kick,hook kick,the top three women’s row is side kick,cross kick,squat;technical use of effective score men’s top three It is a horizontal kick and a side kick.The top three women are side kicks,cross kicks,and squats.The top three players in the technical use are the horizontal kicks,side kicks,and squats.It is a side kick,a cross kick,and a squat. |
