Bullying in school is a pervasive phenomenon which can cause physical and mental harm.As the chief rulers of acting interventions,teachers make a key effect in preventing the problem of school-bullying.Teachers' attitudes toward school bullying is so important that can affect their interventions.The present study examined the implicit and overt attitudes of teachers and the reasons of their attitudes.The study adopt the Affect Misattribution Procedure to explore both implicit and overt attitudes of teachers.100 teachers from 2 middle schools and 2 primary schools get together to finish the experiment.The main results are as follows:1?Teachers have negative attitudes toward school bullying.But there are significant difference between implicit attitudes and overt attitudes;Teachers' implicit attitudes have no significant difference among the three styles of school bullying;their overt attitudes toward school bullying have significant difference among the styles.2?Teachers' attitudes toward school bullying have significant correlations with teaching experience;Teachers' attitudes toward school bullying have partial correlations with their sex and have no correlations with age?educational qualifications?types of school and teachers' personality.3?The method of the consistency structure will affect the relationship of teachers'implicit attitudes and overt attitudes.
