Our country is transforming from a big sports country to a strong sports country.In order to successfully complete this process,we need a large number of sports talents,and the college entrance examination of sports is one of the means to select sports talents.Agility quality plays an important role in the college entrance examination of physical education.It not only occupies a certain score,but also promotes the completion of various technical movements and the improvement of sports achievements.At present,the items of examining the agility in Hubei College Entrance Examination are five meters three-way back running and triangular obstacle running.Combination training of hurdles is a modern means of physical fitness training.Through the combination of multiple groups of high and low hurdles,a series of exercises are arranged according to the training catalogue to stimulate the development of athletes' physical fitness.The combination training of hurdles is welcomed by coaches and experts.A large number of documents show that the combination training of hurdles can improve teenagers' agility and other physical qualities,but it is relatively rare in the training of college entrance examination of physical education.The purpose of this subject is to study the influence of the combination training of hurdles on the performance of the agility test items(five-meter three-way back run,triangular obstacle run)of the college entrance examination candidates in Hubei Province,and to help the coaches and the college entrance examination candidates choose more scientific training methods,so as to make the physical fitness of the candidates develop more effectively.In order to improve the performance of the college entrance examination of physical education,we hope to promote the combination training of hurdles in the training of the college entrance examination of physical education.This research mainly adopts the methods of documentation,interview,experiment,measurement,observation,comparison and mathematical statistics.Thirty-two male athletes of track and field team of Senior Three of High School Affiliated to Hubei University of Arts and Sciences are selected as experimental subjects.They are randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 16 players in each group.The experimental group is trained with the combination of hurdles for 12 weeks,while the control group is trained with the combination of hurdles.In traditional Chinese sports training,the influence of hurdle combination training on agility test items was tested by comparing the changes of the test items(five-meter three-way turn-back running and triangular obstacle running)of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment and the final results of the college entrance examination.The following conclusions are drawn through experiments:(1)After 12 weeks and three stages of experiments,we can draw the following conclusions: Compared with the traditional sports training of senior high school students,thecombination training of hurdles in the training of college entrance examination can improve the team members' agility(quick reaction ability,center of gravity deviation control ability,limb coordination control ability)and short-distance acceleration ability,and can strengthen the short straight line acceleration and folding of the five-meter three-way turn back race.The ability of direction control of return point and center of gravity deviation can strengthen the ability of direction change and center of gravity control of triangular obstacle running,and the leg pedal movement of team members is more powerful,so as to improve the performance of agility test items(five meters three-way back running,triangular obstacle running).(2)After 12 weeks and three stages of experiments,comparing with the traditional sports training in senior high school,adding the combination training of hurdles in the training of physical education college entrance examination can more effectively control the number of errors of agility test items(five meters three-way back run,triangular obstacle run),and can control their limbs sensitively at the turning point or around the pole point in the disaster-stricken areas,so as to successfully complete the movement skills.The mobilization of limb force is more coordinated,the control of the stability of the center of gravity is more effective,which makes the technical movements more standardized.Even if the center of gravity is unstable,the body can be regulated in time,so that the movement can return to the right track.(3)Compared with the traditional sports training in senior high school,the combination of Hurdle Training can improve the speed quality(100 meters running)and explosive quality(second-level frog jump)more effectively in the training of college entrance examination.The combination training of hurdles can exercise the starting acceleration and foot frequency,so as to improve the performance of speed quality test items(100 meters running).It can also exercise the ability of legs strength and coordinated exertion of limbs,so as to improve the performance of explosive force quality test item(second-level frog jump).(4)The training of college entrance examination candidates needs not only scientific and reasonable training plan,but also the control of coaches' psychological state.Lack of actual combat simulation of physical education college entrance examination may lead to unfamiliarity with the examination process and inadaptability to unfamiliar venues,thus increasing their nervousness and anxiety,increasing the possibility of mistakes and restricting the final results of physical education college entrance examination.
