With the rapid development of economy and society and the deepening of sports reform,tennis in our country has also made great progress from a big sports country to a sports power.Juvenile tennis is an important basis for the development of tennis in our country.As a lever,its tennis training grade examination system plays a very important guiding and encouraging role in promoting the overall development of tennis.Based on the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and comparative research method,this study is carried out on the subject of the construction of the training grade system of juvenile tennis,and the following main research conclusions are obtained through the logic summary and analysis of the collected research data:1.The overall framework of the juvenile tennis training examination system is an organic system,under the guidance of the training examination Program,Standard,which is mainly composed of four relatively independent modules: "training","examinee","teacher" and "examination point".Under the unified supervision of the relevant departments,these four modules are closely linked,coordinated and coordinated,complete,orderly and efficient operation.Each module has its own relatively independent task division and work content.2.Training examination standards and syllabuses,teaching materials are fundamentally the direction,objectives,contents,requirements and quality standards of the training examination.On the basis of confirming the five juvenile tennis training grades standards adopted in our country,it is found that the compilation of the national sports league examination standards is relatively standardized,rigorous and detailed through the comparison of their advantages and disadvantages.The level standard of sports skills of teenagers in China(tennis)is closer to the reality of our country and has better pertinence and applicability.The tennis industry of our country should keep pace with the times,open up and innovate,apply the latest scientific and technological achievements,and take advantage of the talents of many scholars.Through scientific research,we have worked hard to develop a generation of more advanced test standards and evaluation methods for youth tennis training.3.A scientific and complete organization and management system of training examination level is a reliable organizational guarantee for the smooth implementation of training examination level work.Referring to the successful experience of the organization and management system of table tennis and taekwondo training in China,and comparing with the structure of the organization and management system of the training examination of the Chinese Opera and Dance Theater,and according to the interview materials of tennis experts,professors and scholars,Combined with the actual investigation of each major tennis evaluation system,it is considered that the organization and management of the examination grade of juvenile tennis training in China should be the unified responsibility of the Chinese Tennis Association,which belongs to the social non-profit organizations.And thus form the main framework of the whole organizational management system.4.Training examination platform and software construction is a very important infrastructure in the establishment of training examination system.Based on the successful experience of the training and examination platform of the National Sports Federation,this paper compares and analyzes the MEDO sports software platform that has been established and operated in our country,and puts forward some ideas for further strengthening the platform and software construction of the juvenile tennis training examination platform in our country.5.Summarize the expert interview and field investigation materials,combine the relevant literature to summarize and refine the basic points of the management regulations and basic documents in the youth training system,the management and daily management and management procedure of the training personnel.
