In recent years,the continuous deepening of physical education reform has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to physical education.The 19 th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed: "it is necessary to comprehensively implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,develop quality-oriented education,promote educational equity,and train socialist builders and successors for the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development." The core of the current basic education curriculum reform in China is“based on the development of students”.Generally speaking,ordinary high schools pay more attention to the students' sports expertise and hobbies in the physical education curriculum,emphasizing that students systematically study 1-3 sports.In the daily study and life,the project actively participates in sports,forms good exercise habits,and enhances the core quality of the discipline.In the past,the main shortcoming in the traditional teaching mode is that students still“can't”or quickly forget after the end of the physical education curriculum.Students only passively accept learning in the process of learning,and the goal is to complete the final assessment.The "OBE+Learning-guided" teaching mode focuses on the development of students' ability,with teachers as the leading factor and students as the main body.This article combines the standards of ordinary high school sports and health curriculum and the student-oriented educational guiding ideology.Questionnaires,teaching experiments and other methods,try to apply the "OBE+Learning-guided " teaching mode to aerobics teaching,aiming to explore new ideas of aerobics teaching reform,so that students develop positive thinking in the process of learning Analyze the problem,finally solve the problem of good habits,and make students form a lifelong sports awareness and have the ability to exercise for life,to provide reference for the further improvement of aerobics teaching theory and aerobics teaching reform.According to the research results,the students in the control group and the experimental group obviously improved their learning ability,problem analysis and processing ability and teaching practice ability after receiving aerobics teaching.After the application of the "OBE+Learning-guided" teaching mode in the aerobics teaching process,students areencouraged to master the standard aerobics technical movements,and at the same time improve the students' initiative in self-learning,inquiry,creation,practice and cooperation.After a year of teaching,the enthusiasm of the students in the experimental class has been significantly improved compared with that before the experiment.Students in the process of independent organization and exploration,combined with practical training,continue to increase the amount of exercise,is conducive to shaping a good body shape,helping to complete the teaching tasks.In the classroom teaching,teacher-student exchanges,difficult questions,strengthen the interaction between students' "teaching" and "learning",so that the communication between teachers and students is increased,and students' participation,enthusiasm and consciousness in the classroom are enhanced.After the experiment,the comprehensive ability of observation,thinking and communication in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,which confirmed that the "OBE+Learning-guided" aerobics teaching mode can effectively improve the students 'initiative.Sexuality and the autonomy of the creation of the operation,further enhance students' ability to create and combine the operation of the operation.
