The Chicago University Laboratory School,made contributions to the development of the application of the experimental school’s classes,played a significant role in the discipline’s construction of Department of Education.Education reformation and development for the Chicago University had become an important center of profound experimental education in the United States,had played a crucial role in the formation of Dewey’s theory.Educationist Dewey is a successful pioneer of modern educational reforms in the United States.The father of modern American education has made great achievements in the field of modern educational practice and theoretical research in the world,which has made human education a great step forward and opened up a new field of educational reform.Modern developed high-tech advanced science and technology to facilitate social life as the goal and motivation,to promote social cooperation and self-development.The faculty team of universities,including professors and experts,has given a lot of scientific guidance to the smooth development of science and technology education in Laboratory School.Therefore,they had a beneficial,interactive,stable and dynamic relationships between teaching and learning.Dewey’s modern hi-tech education made by the world.It is also an advanced model in the reform of modern learning and teaching.He is a pioneer in the reform of world.The reform of modern education is also worth being explored and drawing lessons from it.This article is divided into eight chapters to discuss some major relationships centered on Department of Education and Laboratory School.In order to find out the various and special types of cooperational relationships between the Chicago University and Laboratory School,it made the school adjust the current development of the main universities in the US.The Laboratory School provided some significant references.This article will study the cooperational relationship between Department of Education and Laboratory School from many multiple dimensions.The first part introduces a series of background for the author’s writing.Part Two tells the starting of Dewey’s educational ideal and his educational process.Part three is the process of establishing the Department of Education and the Chicago Laboratory University School.It outlines the background of the Department of Education and Chicago Laboratory University School.Part Four discusses the theoretical design of educational experiments,focusing on the guidance given by Chicago Laboratory University School.And how Chicago Laboratory University School benefits from the support of the university to design the specific plan and cooperation between the two sides.The fifth part tells on the specific practice of educational experiment,and analyses the overall planning,management system,curriculum setting,educational content of Laboratory school guided by the Department of Education of Chicago University.Especially,the successful examples of teaching are very valuable.Part 6 is a summary of the experiences of personnel management in Laborotory School.Part 7 is a brief introduction of their fruitful research results.Part 8 clarifies that the interaction between the Department of Education and Laborotory School is of great benefit to the inspirations and thoughts of education.Based on this,the study of interactional cooperations between the Department of Education of Chicago University and its internal Laborotory School is active and helpful to each other.The study also thinks about the developing mode of Laborotory School built by the Department of Education of Chicago University,and contributes to the effective cooperations of other institutions between universities and schools.
