Research On The Modernization Of Ideological And Political Education Governance Ability In Colleges And Universities

Perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the National governance system and governance ability are the overall goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way.As an important area of the comprehensive and deepening reform,education reform must undoubtedly promote the modernization of educational governance.In 2014,the National Conference on Education has clearly stated that it was necessary to promote the modernization of the educational governance system and governance capacity.In February 2019,the "China Education Modernization 2035",issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,reaffirmed the importance of this strategic task.Colleges and universities are the main positions of personnel training,and the reform of ideological and political education is an important aspect of the reform of higher education to a deeper level,the core purpose of which is to improve the quality of higher education personnel training and train qualified builders and reliable successors for China's socialist cause.Therefore,strengthening the management system of ideological and political education and the modernization of governance ability in colleges and universities are conducive to improving the overall level of education governance and to achieving the overall goal of educational modernization.However,due to space constraints,this paper focuses on the basic connotation,opportunities and challenges of the modernization of the governance ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as the realization strategy.The article is divided into four parts:The first part describes the research background,research significance,research status,research methods,serious difficulties,innovation points and shortcomings of the paper in detail.It grasps the research trend which related to this thesis as a whole,andlays a foundation for the main discussion of the thesis.The second part expounds the correlative theories of the modernization of the governance ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.On the basis of combing the core concepts of ideological and political education governance and ideological and political education governance ability,this paper distinguishes the similar concepts of the governance and management of ideological and political education,governance ability and management ability,and emphatically expounds the basic connotation of the modernization of the governance ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The third part,from two angles of opportunity and challenge,analyzes the development opportunities faced by the modernization of the governance ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities due to the increasing perfection of the policy system,the diversification of the main body of governance,the development of new media technology,and the severe challenges faced by the modernization of the governance ability of ideological and political education,such as,the lag of governance concept,the mechanism is not perfect,the carrier synergy efficiency is low,the team quality is not high,the main power imbalance and so on.The fourth part expounds the strategic elements of realizing the modernization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in four aspects.Such as,straightening out the value system,perfecting the working mechanism,enriching the operation carrier and strengthening the management ability of multiple subjects.
