In recent years, with more factors affecting junior high school students' arithmetic ability, junior high school students' mathematical computing ability shows a downward trend. As one of the six core qualities of mathematics, arithmetic ability has always been an important standard to measure students'mathematical ability, and it is also the key for students to learn how to use mathematical thinking to solve practical problems in life.Especially, when students cross primary school into junior high school, most of them are only"calculating".The calculation speed is slow, and it is difficult to hand in the test results within the prescribed time.At the same time, with the continuous deepening of the knowledge,it is very easy to confuse arithmetic and algorithm, and with the lower computing speed,it is difficult for students to control the more complex and comprehensive mathematical problems. These phenomena seriously affect students'enthusiasm for learning mathematics, and are not conducive to developing students'ability to use mathematical thinking to solve practical problems in life.It is the most important problem for junior middle school teachers to improve their mathematical computing ability,to make students interested in mathematics, and to improve their comprehensive ability of mathematics.Aiming at improving junior high school students'arithmetic ability, this paper puts forward the core content of the research, that is,through the design and research of mathematical exercise types,to form teaching strategies to improve junior high school students'arithmetic ability. This paper puts forward a"trinity"teaching model for improving junior high school students'operational ability. The teaching model includes three dimensions:problem design, solution guidance and evaluation feedback. Each dimension has three levels. It effectively combines arithmetic, algorithm and operational speed, and finds a feasible teaching practice path for improving junior high school students'mathematical operational ability. The design of exercises follows the principle of"sweeping the snow in front of the door on weekdays, gathering at every festival".The exercises are designed according to the knowledge structure in three important links of every class, every section and every chapter.Solution guidance, forming the"three-three"principle,that is,"look three times, think three times, write three times".Evaluate feedback, form 10 questions and 3 cycles of reciprocating feedback mechanism, use three-dimensional hierarchical feedback and 3 cycles of reciprocating verification, improve students' arithmetic ability.Through the research methods of investigation, experiment, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and case study, the"trinity"teaching model of this paper is formed, and the model is strengthened. Finally, the more obvious verification results are obtained.Through the study and research of teaching theory, the summary and exchange of teaching experience, and the implementation and test of teaching practice,a mature"trinity"teaching model has been gradually built up,and a feasible teaching strategy has been formed to provide students with stable and constantly improving training for mathematical operation ability. For teachers,it can sort out the formation of teaching resources, not only can be directly applied in teaching practice, but also can be used for reference, further research; For parents,it can provide a simple, detailed and easy-to-understand operation manual. The goal of this model is to effectively guide, train, practise, overcome all kinds of inertia, constantly improve students'mathematical thinking ability, and contribute to the overall improvement of students' mathematical ability.
