Folk-custom sports culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,also the important manifestation of cultural confidence and improvement.The inheritance of folk-custom sports culture in Southwest region of Shandong Province is an important measure of the implement of the cultural-powerful country strategy and the rejuvenation of excellent traditional culture,which also facilitates the profound social integration and manifests the social value and functions of regional folk-custom sports culture.It has significant meaning for the harmonious development of culture and economy in Southwest of Shandong Province.The result of current development research of folk-custom sports in Southwest of Shandong Province was not optimistic,the deficiencies of prospects planning,development motivation and social supports were revealed during document retrieval,expert interviews,questionnaire survey and logical analysis and etc.The folk-custom culture is facing severe impact from modern market economy,in order to promote the folk-custom sports culture to the public,we should depend on the development and organization abilities of government and explore the great potential from market resource allocation function and using methods like government purchase,social financing,industrial support and sport-education fusion to make it to be a significant part of the modernization transformation in Southwest region of Shandong Province.For the purpose of establishing a collaborative,educational and commercialized development model,the original government-leading model should be given up,and form a more correct relationship between government leading,market operation and educational regulation.A new type of folk-custom culture which suites to the modernization development will be formed during the transition,transformation and adaptation of itself,and become an organic component of sustainable development of folk-custom sports.Using the intergrowth theory to understand the dialectical relationship between folk-custom sports and local economy,culture education and fitness sports in Southwest of Shandong Province and to optimize the folk-custom modernization adaptation and transformation.Take the lion dance in Zaozhuang region for example,raise the development strategy according to practical situation,which combines modernization transformation model,lion dance culture promotion in future,government support and cultivation of talents resources.
