In the "Internet+Sports" era,the fitness app has become a new driving point for the promotion of fitness for all Since landing in the App Store in February 2015,Keep has affected the exercise habits of more than 100 million people.The masses use the Keep Fitness App to carry out fitness activities.Become a common phenomenon.The emergence and development of Keep software provides people with effective fitness guidance,so that people's fitness is no longer restricted by venue facilities,providing more fitness technology support and a more enjoyable sports experience for sports enthusiasts.This paper uses the literature data method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method to take the Keep Fitness App as a case to explore the training methods,training plans and training courses in the Keep Fitness App from the perspective of sports training,and evaluate the rationality of the content logic.Find out the problems of the Keep Fitness App,propose improvements,and enrich the fitness app theory system.In order to improve the professional quality of the Keep Fitness App,the fitness app training content is more scientific and reasonable,allowing users to exercise more effectively.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of the composition of training methods,there is a lack of advanced actions for single actions and generalizations for step back actions.The description of the motility muscles is represented by a simplified representation of the muscle anatomy of the human anatomy,which does not reflect the specific depth of deep and shallow muscle training.2.the training system is a one-way training mechanism,lacking training feedback guidance,and the fitness person can not get sports feedback during the sports training process.2 In the training arrangement,the training phase and cycle are fixed,and the muscle parts are more broad.The training physical assessment grade and training content are not differentiated according to age.Most training sessions do not indicate the appropriate age stage.The traning stem is a one-way training mechanism,lacking training feedback guidance,and the fitness person cannot obtain motion feedback during the exercise training.3 In the design of training content,the basic end of the training course is not perfect,and the training arrangement is unreasonable after the training.The difficulty ratio is unbalanced,and more attention is paid to the use of primary fitness users,and there are fewer advanced difficulty training methods and training courses.There are fewer training classes in the physical ability category such as speed and sensitivity.It is recommended to improve and improve from the following three aspects:training means,increase the content of advanced and regressive actions,describe the training of muscle parts in detail,improve the flexibility of training and training cycles,and the goals,intensity,and training within the training plan.The time and other factors can be changed according to individual needs;in the design of training content,the internal part of the curriculum is divided into standards,and the preparation part and the ending part of some training courses are completed.Enrich various types of courses,increase the number of sensitive and speed training courses,and increase the number of difficult training methods and training courses.
